This place has an amazing view of the beach, and when we weren't out there, we were on the balcony relaxing. The condo had everything we needed for the week. We cooked several meals, and there are places within walking and driving distance if you want to go out. There is plenty of space, rooms were good size and each had its own bathroom.

The property was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. I recommend you bring extra toilet paper and dish soap.

Great property for families

The Turquoise Place is one of our top favorites and this unit is exceptional! Clean and comfortable beds - kitchen was well stocked - I can’t think of a flaw. The kids love all the amenities this location has - it was crowded but it was a holiday weekend - can’t hold that against anyone!

Lovely condo with awesome amenities

Due to the colder weather in spring, we found this condo to be perfect for the cooler days when the beach was too cold. The hot tub on the patio was a big plus, the grill, heated pools, workout room and the beautiful large condo made the stay very fun.

Christmas getaway

We very much enjoyed our post Christmas stay at this property! It had everything you could want in a condo. It was quiet, perfectly cleaned, comfortable beds, huge balcony with a hot tub and grill. We stayed with 8 members of our family and never once did we feel like we were overcrowded. I would absolutely recommend this place to any of my friends. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Thanksgiving at the beach!

This place was great! My family and I always love staying at the Turquoise. This unit was very nice and was equipped with everything we needed to have Thanksgiving at the beach. The living room fireplace was great to have on those cooler nights. The hot tub on the balcony is always a plus. Check in/check out was very easy!! Overall we loved it!!

The condo was lovely and the beach was great. The lazy river was not heated as promised which was disappointing. The management services were very helpful

Nice Place - Ageing Infrastructure

No water second to last day for a few hours and no AC last 24 hours. Not acceptable for a property this nice. You can do better. The property manager was excellent, but issues with cooling tower were beyond their control. I hope Turquoise wakes up and invest dollars ensuring this does not happen again.

The condo is comfortable and very nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Starter soaps, paper towel, etc. were sufficient. Plenty of bath towels, etc. Laundry baskets, family games, and beach toys were a nice surprise. A small hiccup with a DVD player that didn’t work. Maintenance was there within an hour to check it and brought us a new one. Another small problem with the hot tub not reaching set temp. We left a note, and the hot tube person fixed it that same day while we were out. The hallway walls could use a little touch-up on the paint. They ask you not to bring in luggage carts because it can damage the walls. Clearly some people still do. Really, our only complaint/disappointment was the living room furniture. The couch and 2 main chairs are pretty worn out. They look okay but are not comfortable for sitting any length of time due to the cushions being so worn out. Overall great stay. With an update on those 3 pieces of furniture, we would love to come back .

Great weather and condo. Perfect view of the water from the balcony with dolphin sightings every day. Love the grill on the balcony.

Everything was very nice and clean. Unfortunately, there was a bad smell in the condo the entire stay. Otherwise, the amenities and rooms were perfect.

Great condo and complex

Beautiful condo and property with great amenities. Can’t beat the location in orange beach. Close to everything including all the best restaurants. Condo was very comfortable and well equipped including cooking equipment. Traveled with two little ones that had a blast in the condo, lazy river, and pool. Views were great as well. Hope to stay again!

Needed relaxation!

This is my and family and my first time staying at Turquoise Place and it did not disappoint. The property was very clean, check-in process was a breeze, and the condo itself was as described. In the past places we have visited were over crowded and the majority of the amenities were closed, not for this property. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating which made our visit even better. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our Winter Escape in Paradise

We were very happy with the property after the first three days. There were a few issues that needed attending to and Pricket Properties resolved them all to our satisfaction. The condo is very nice. The mattress in the master was so comfortable. We really enjoyed our six week stay.
