My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights. The place is cozy and quaint. The host lives on the property. Our stay still felt private. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything. We plan to stay again on our next trip to Rome.

Lovely stay for quick trip

Wonderful alternative to staying in one of the local motels. We spent all our time with family living in the area and only needed this as a place to sleep. We woke up to deer grazing right outside our bedroom window both mornings! Ronnie is very nice and let us know everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay again.

Just What We Needed!

The property is easy to find and close to everything! We were in town for an event at the forum and this vrbo was super close to where we needed to stay. It was very quiet and we loved being able to see the deer when we were coming and going from the property. We are planning on staying here next time we are in Rome, GA!

This property is a great blend of peaceful nature and urban convenience. The neighborhood is exquisite with lots of grazing deer--great for taking an after-dinner walk--very quiet and safe. The apartment is cozy with everything you need for a short or long visit. Ronnie is great host, and he provides an immaculate landscape to enjoy.

Welcoming, safe, friendly

Perfect home away from home

Clean, private, quiet and extremely convenient to downtown Rome. So much better than a hotel room - even has washer/dryer in the unit! Cannot go wrong with this place!

Excellent place to stay

We stayed only two nights, but the place was quiet, secluded (safe), and convenient. It is located within a few minutes of everything in Rome. Ronnie is a great hosts. I will consider it for any future trips to the area.

Great little apartment near central Rome

Clean, comfy and convenient, I was able to work remotely from the apartment for the duration of my stay without any issues. Property manager was friendly, and provided a great rate. Enjoy your stay and watch the deer graze out the windows while you enjoy your morning coffee.

Nice land lord, neighborhood, and off street parking

I’ve stayed multiple times. I would suggest adding an oven mit to the kitchen. All was great as usual.

Cozy little place

The owner is very nice, even when I had to wake him up due to locking ourselves out. The place was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is beautiful. There was not an evening we didn't see beautiful whitetail deer.
