Family vacation thanksgiving 2022
The management for this property is very poor, they rented us this substandard house for a premium price. Our experience there was miserable, this is a 5 bedroom 5 bath house. We were there for Thanksgiving for a nice family vacation, but due to improper management of this property it turned out to be a horrible experience.
Horrible parking /only one car that can park in the driveway, kitchen equipment is very cheap - you need to bring everything with you . Game room was not in good condition. The lights & Tv were not working- I needed to text JOSE COLLADO every time . The game room is dark, no proper lighting. Sliding Door was broken , Unable to lock .
Coffee maker was so small for a five bedroom house . Very cheap coffee maker. DECONOVA vacations Management has given a bad image for this house .
Grill was a horrible experienced. Two propane gas tanks were empty, they charged us extra money to be able to use the gas grill. We ended up cooking our food in the conventional oven. We had prepared our dinner to be grilled in the BBQ grill.
This could have been be avoided if the management (JOSE COLLADO) was on top of everything. We had confirmed ahead of time that we needed the gas grill to be ready. It was dirty and dusty, brush not even available to clean.
Their SHOWER curtains are all loose and falling apart.
How can VRBO tolerate this kind of management process . I think VRBO should step up to the standard of rental housing/equipment standards.
Suggestion to VRBO, you should have inspections every now and then . Every time there’s a client complain its a RED FLAG . VRBO should send someone for inspection.
We are vacationers, kitchens equipment should be decent and well provided.
It’s so frustrating to find broken and cheap equipment.
We pay a lot of money to have nice vacations but then we are unsatisfied with the amenities.
Please acknowledge all the complaints from your clients and this can be avoided.
Provide proper kitchen equipment.
And fix all the complaints.
