Cute and Cozy

We enjoyed our 2 nights here - comfy beds, cozy living room area open to full kitchen and dining space and very clean! We also enjoyed the indoor pool and scenery! Couldn’t have asked for a better location - close to all the action but far enough away to not hear it.

Perfect location

Our stay in Brad's unit was exactly what we needed! Everything was great and he was VERY quick with responses. This resort has a wonderful indoor pool and one of the best gyms we have ever seen. Beds are very comfortable and I couldn't get enough of the cozy fireplace!

Everything was great. The beds are uncomfortable but we had a great time. Highly recommend replacing the mattress on both beds.

Great Place, Great Location

I recently stayed for a Ripken Experience. I could not have asked for a better location as we were about 5 minutes from the facility. The rental itself was clean and all amenities noted in the listing were better than expected. We really enjoyed the lazy river after a long day of baseball. The fitness center was big and had lots of new equipment. The rental and check in process was super easy. Would totally recommend and stay again if we are ever back in Pigeon Forge.

River stone Resort and Spa

We loved our stay! It was easy access to everything and the view was great! Brad was easy to communicate with and we had no issues while there! A couple of the electrical outlets didn’t work, the 2 small sprayers in the shower across from the nozzle didn’t work and there must be a leak on the ice maker because it would make ice but would freeze due to a sheet of ice! These things did not hinder our stay at all! We loved our stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Would def come back. I’m not sure if it’s normal but would need to bring hand soap for the bathroom and would be nice to have a full length mirror. Other than those small things, we enjoyed it.

Perfect for Ripken Experience tournament!

Our entire team stayed at Riverstone while we were in Pigeon Forge for the Ripken Experience and the property was truly perfect for our needs. The amenities were kept up nicely. Property was not too large and difficult to get from place to place, it was just the right size. Our unit was exactly as described and communication with the owner was superb. Would highly recommend!

The place was clean and nice but some how we didn't have a good hot water in shower after 5 minutes the water in shower got cold. We contacted to the owner he was nice and sent his maintenance guy twice but he said everything is fine. The fireplace was not quite working. Also it needs to put more mirrors in the unit. There was just one mirror in the bathroom and it was not enough.

NQC Trip

Overall rating is fair, terrible check in process with front desk. We’ve stayed at several other condos in this resort and they have always left our check in information in our condo upon arrival. I would suggest the owner’s change to this process. It was a tiring trip to get there, it would have been much more helpful to arrive at the condo with our information in hand before we got there without having to stop at the front desk and deal with people who had no idea what was going on.

We had a great time! Place was clean and close to shopping, Golf and Dollywood!

We had a great experience. When we got there, I couldn’t find my check-in email and the front desk was super helpful and Ben responded immediately and we were on our way within minutes. By the way, the spa there is top notch! The condo was clean and just as described. The view of the river from the balcony was beautiful. Beds were a bit hard for my liking but not awful. The shower has multiple shower heads and is wonderful! It was nice that the towels were provided. All in all a great little condo, perfect for what we needed.

Summer 2023

The property was great! Plenty for a little person to do. We (My Mom, niece who is 6 & myself) really enjoyed the lazy river at the end of everyday ( minus the older kids not being so lazy and blocking off the flow of just floating). There was also a lack of places to put your clothes/suitcases unless you wanted to completely unpack and put in the dresser or closet. All the other guests were mostly friendly as well😁. Other than those minor things.... IT was absolutely PERFECT!!!

2023 July vacation

Excellent facilities. We very much enjoyed the pools and playground. There were only two issues, the icemaker dumps water into the pan as well as ice. Perhaps when it fills to make ice, there is a leak or something similar. the 2nd issue is no soap to wash hands in the bathroom. We used the sample shampoo to wash until we could go to the store and purchase hand soap. Please list for the next occupants to bring this item.

This condo was so nice!

We would definitely go back! The kids loved the lazy river, the view from the back is nice, overlooking water and then downtown Pigeon Forge. It was great for our little getaway. The only issue is that the pillow jumper was not open most of the time, we weren’t sure why no rain or anything. Location is very close to Pigeon forge and close to a walking path that takes you down by the water where you can fish or explore. The owner of the property was very receptive and got back to me quickly. 100% recommend!
