All New Remodeled Cottage

Every season is the perfect time of the year for visiting Sequoia National Park & Three Rivers!! Spring brings cool weather and is a great time to hike or take a drive to see the beautiful trees. Summer is perfect for taking a swim in the river while enjoying some beautiful hikes among the trees. Be sure to take a picnic lunch and eat amongst the big trees or take a hike down to the river. Fall brings out the colors and cool temperatures while winter is breathtaking with snow on the big trees.

Normally you will see a lot of wildlife in the town of Three Rivers during this time of the year. Deer, turkeys and you may even see a bear to two! We offer an all new remodeled cottage in a park like setting. Located within walking distance of the town center, restaurants & grocery store.

The cottage is located approximately 12 minutes from the Sequoia National Park entrance. Two bedrooms with queen size beds, nice living area and a kitchen with all the amenities you will need for a relaxing time. Kitchen fully stocked. Outside seating to enjoy coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. EV charger available for additional fee.

For unauthorized guests the reservation is cancelled and you will have to leave NO Refunds. Authorized guests over 4 a fee of $75 per guest per night
Guests will need to wash and put away all dishes prior to their departure and take out all trash to the outside can.
-No dogs/pets allowed on the premises. If pet policy is broken there will be a $350 pet fee plus additional cleaning charges up to $150.00.

Great Stay for Our Family Adventure

Our family had a quick, but lovely, stay at the cottage. It allowed us to travel to and from to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. It was a clean, safe, and a well equipped place to lay our heads at night after exploring the area. We were so impressed by how easy check in and communication was. Cute Cottage - great location!

Great location, great amenities, comfortable and clean!Restaurants and market close by. Short drive to Sequoia National Park. Kitchen is well stocked including spices and coffee!!Beds are super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute place with everything you need! We visited Sequioa and kings canyon while we were here. Perfect place for our family to stay and super comfortable beds! Love the coffee corner too- we are all coffee lovers !

Great Place

Very clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and the entrance to Sequoia NP. Hosts were quick to answer if we had questions. Well equipped kitchen. Made for a great stay while we visited the park.

Awesome Quick Stay

This cabin was just as expected. Absolutely recommend. Very clean, Updated, exactly what we needed for a quick 1 night stay. But even better is that Kori, the property manager, was awesome to deal with. Avis sent us out in a rent car with a weak battery and it failed to start the next morning as we were anxious to get to the park. Kori was extremely quick to respond and show up with cables and other gear. She was awesome! Thanks Kori for the help. We had a great time in the park!
