Disney July 4th

We’ve stayed at this location several times now when we visit for holiday vacations. Never disappointed! Home is always clean, host is responsive, neighborhood is quiet, and provides easy access to attractions. Will definitely book again when in the area.

Evacuation stay

The rental process with the property was great, and there was not one hiccup! The owner is friendly and quick to respond to communication. The house is in a good neighborhood close to the grocery store and dining areas.

Family trip to universal

This was our second stay at this property. Easy check in, quick drive to universal studios. Plenty of eating and shopping near the neighborhood. My daughter loved the pool. We didn’t have any issues with the comfort or cleanliness of the home. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely home met our needs perfectly. It’s so hard to find a 3 bedroom home that has queen beds instead of twins. Our adult age daughters appreciated the larger beds. The home was very clean and communication with the property owner was timely. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed the property, short distance to Disney parks, shopping, food, and gas was easily accessible. Owner messaged the first day to have the pool heater turned on. We will return in the future.

Last minute stay

Long story short we needed a last minute stay as our house was being worked on and they were behind schedule. We found this home and they quickly got it ready for us. It was clean and nice. Super easy for us and we were very grateful!

Peaceful and Beautiful!

The house was exactly as the pictures indicated. The kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with all you need. This was my first experience using Vrbo and the process was simple and easy. The property owner was very informative of places to go to in the area and allowed us a later check out time on our departure date. If I’m the area again I’ll certainly look for this property again!

Nice house. good size for 5 adults. Kitchen supplies could be updated a little. Pool nice but needed to clean the pollen from pool and surrounding area. Allergies kick right in. No dressers for clothes in bedroom #2 and#3. Nice area and close to main drag.

Terrible. just nasty.

When we got to the property the house was not clean. there were both dead and alive roaches, hair in the beds, mouse droppings in the beds & on countertops, a booger on a door and the smell of sewage was terrible. we ended up having to buy cleaning supplies, pillows, blankets & sheets just to make it through the week. We felt so nasty we ended up leaving a night early. we asked for money back ( in hopes to replace the money we spent on cleaning supplies, pillows, etc) but was told no. We also found what seemed to be a hidden camera inside the house, we were over the house so we didn’t bother to mess with it we just left. The pool smelled terrible so we didn’t bother to get in. Also, the fridge has a horrendous odor coming from it.

Save your money!

On 1st impression it looked nice. Once looking closer realized how dirty the place was. Dust hanging from the ledges in the kitchen the hood of stove was cover with dust and the windows were covered with dog prints. The vents in the ceiling were dirty with dust all over them. The tv was hit by lighting 2nd we were there but owner replaced fast. When he was there he cleaned the glass incerts in dinner table of all the crumbs from past renters. He brushed them on the floor and left it for us to clean. The grill was so rusty and dirty it could not be used. 2 Weeks before we were to leave the heater on the pool went out. Owner played around to fix it instead of calling someone that new what they were doing. The beds needed to be in the trash. They had been chewed on and have holes in them. So sorry we wasted our money!

Cleanliness

I don’t normally write bad reviews but sadly the house and pool were not clean at all. We ended up having to clean the kitchen prior to even cooking in it. The pool had god knows what floating in it. If a large cleaning fee is charged then the place should be clean. But the house fit 5 of us somewhat comfortably for our weekend stay.

House was great. Perfect for a family of 5. Had what we needed. Host accessible and super nice! Only thing was cleaners didn't clean stove top well after previous family left. But other than that... perfect.
