Stay was ok, I had stayed here back in March with my family and nothing has changed. the back door is molded and filthy, needs to be cleaned up and window treatment put up, the back screen door would not lock, the water outside was dripping in March and is still dripping water. the hallway shower had no hot water, I let it run for 30 minutes and never got any hot water. Other than that, the location is perfect for me when I come to Madison for business, these few minor upgrades would definitely help. I might consider renting again at the end of the year. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and people are very friendly. This is not intended to be a negative review just some suggestions to make it more appealing.

We were very happy with our stay here. The property was great for our dogs with a fenced backyard. Safe neighborhood and a very nice Publix is 5 mins away.

We had a great visit to the Huntsville area and the Cozy Oasis was perfect for our needs. The house was conveniently located and in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. And our pup loved exploring the fenced in backyard. Would highly recommende this property.

A little disappointing

On the day we were to check in, we received a text saying that a bathroom remodel was not finished, so this two bath that we rented was only a one bath. We really had no choice but to keep our reservation.The living room is comfortable and as pictured. The main bedroom is also comfortable. The main bath (our ONLY bath) had a sink that's tall and a faucet that's too short. It makes it difficult to wash face and hands without touching the sink. Shower grout looks dingy. The kitchen is well stocked. The dining area has a solid table and lovely light fixture. But the dishwasher has a short. It wouldn't wash then it would. The control panel would go on and off, one time stopping mid-wash cycle. And the soap compartment door does not open during the wash cycle. Half the soap was still in the closed compartment after the dry cycle. How "clean" are the dishes? Invest in a dishwasher that works.Neighborhood was nice, felt safe. Having a functioning, neat garage was helpful, as it rained all weekend.But overall, this was a disappointment.

This property is centrally located and is great for a family of 5 or 6. Plenty of room and nice fenced in backyard!

Quick Weekend Trip

Had a group of 5 guys that stayed for a disc golf weekend. The place was great! No issues at all. Quiet neighborhood. Easy and quick access to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Check in and check out were super easy. Not one complaint from any of our group!

clean and basic

This is a clean, minimally decorated property, it is old and could use some basic updating of older things, for example cracking tile in the bathtub that now has a gap, but overall very clean and fit our needs! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has minimal workspace if you're planning on doing a lot of cooking. Plenty of cabinets and available tools just not lots of counter space. My kids enjoyed the backyard too! It was very conveniently located near the space and rocket center and I enjoyed being in a neighborhood.

Great Stay!

We loved it here. My kids kept saying “Can this be our Alabama house?” The backyard is amazing for brining pets and we loved sitting outside in the morning listening to the birds. Kitchen has everything you would need. Washer and dryer were a big help! There were some carpenter bees out back that checked us out but we didn’t mind and quite enjoyed watching them buzz around. They are harmless. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

It was close to restaurants and was a short drive to Von Braun. I would recommend this to someone looking for a quiet and clean place to stay.

Great stay and amazing service

The property was meticulously clean and well maintained. We only had one issue in that the coffee maker was defective. I contacted the owner on a Thursday night and she promptly went out and bought us a new one, even though I told her the next morning would be fine. Also, a great location near the NASA SpaceMuseum!!

Clean and Convenient

Clean and close to so much. Quiet neighborhood. Good communication from host. Stay was comfortable and uneventful. Which was perfect. Wonderful for a family to stay in. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay here with family was for a wedding and it was exactly what we needed. Well-equipped kitchen. Extra-firm beds. Plenty of space for all. The host was very responsive.

Nice House in Madison

Nice House in Madison

This house was perfect for my family of five. The proximity to all of our favorite spots in Madison and Huntsville was great. The property was clean and it met our needs!

Nice Big Fenced Backyard

Robin was very responsive and helpful each time we reached out. Access to the home is easy and the location is central and near business's while being in a residential area. The house is older but has what is needed including some baking items. The cleanliness of the house is not as we had hoped. There are bugs in the overhead lights, dirt around door handles, kitchen cabinet pulls and light switches . The yard is very over grown and had trash in it. The entire house could use a good detailed cleaning, we found a snicker bar wrapper under one of the beds along with dust and what looked to be dried up grass or leaves.
