The property was clean and situated in a nice area near the marsh. The backyard was decorated very cute and the screened in porch was a spot our granddaughter gravitated to, to read her books. There were lots of fun things to do nearby.

We had a great stay. Malorie was very responsive to all questions throughout our stay (and before). The location is perfect, and the house had everything we needed. Coffee on the screened in porch was a great way to start the day, and the outdoor shower was a true Cape Cod treat! Be sure to check out the sunrise down on Smuggler’s Beach! It’s a great spot year round!

We had a wonderful stay

The house was very clean and homey. Great location quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again if we get back to Cape Cod

Breezy Vibes

Nice property, good central location, back enclosed porch nice for mornings and evenings, outdoor shower very nice to have. I would definitely recommend.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this place. It's extremely clean and cozy, which is so comfortable especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The owner, Malorie, is also responsive and flexible. I will definitely stay again! Thank you!

The house was comfortable for four of us. We enjoyed the central location that provided us easy access that the Cape had to offer. The house was nicely decorated and was equipped with everything we needed for or stay. Had an issue that the host was very communicative and helpful in resolving the issue quickly. Won’t hesitate to book another stay.

Perfect

Rented for a golf trip. Close to many courses and walking to the beach within 15-20 minutes. Outside shower and screened in porch were the highlight! Keltic kitchen is a must for breakfast!!!!

Perfect

Growing up going to the Cape every summer, there are 2 essential items for a cottage. An outdoor shower and a screened in porch. This cottage had both and was very nice. Great location and neighborhood. I will definitely be returning.

Girls Weekend

Friends who come from 3 states to the cape every year - got rained out this weekend, but the house was a lovely place to catch up, drink wine, listen to the rain on the screened in porch. The outdoor shower was one of the best we have had to date! Everything was pristine and well stocked. This is a gem!

Great family vacation!

This cottage was perfect for our beach get-a-way! It had room for the kids to have their own space, a large living area for us to gather, and room to cook and eat, inside or outside! The public beach is a short walk and there are beach supplies at the house. Ten out of ten, would stay again.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I love this area of the cape and have been coming down for several years now. Breezy vibes is a great find with all the space you need plus a very inviting and relaxing backyard/outdoor area. We will definitely be back!

A short Friday to Sunday stay

We enjoyed the backyard screened porch, outdoor shower and quiet this house offered. Attending wedding functions gave us little time to go to the beach, but the one time we walked towards it and around we couldn't find the way to enter the beach! Didn't see anything in the house to guide us to the 'walk to the beach' advertisement. Could be we were not looking hard enough! Very comfy beds.

Great cape house!

The house was adorable. Extremely clean and comfortable. Great screened in porch and outdoor shower! Excellent location - very close to the beach. Highly recommend.
