House of 160 m2 air-conditioned, 4 bedrooms * and 2 bathrooms with kitchen equipped with TV and a living room equipped with a TV. This house has a so-called Japanese garden with barbecue and its salt pool (with a surface area of 10 m by 5 m it will be open and usable from mid March to mid October and only for you this pool can be more or less hot depending on these times of the year and will be quite cold in March and October with a high risk of impossibility to swim during these 2 months).

You will be 2h30 from the sea and the Dune of Pilat

*For the 4 bedrooms, 10 beds (3 with a double bed of 160 + 1 double bed of 140 + a bedroom with two single beds of 90 + living room, sofa bed of 160). Bed linen is to be provided (fitted sheets, pillowcase and duvet cover) or count an extra charge of 15 euros per room. and we will take a reading of the linki EDF meter on your arrival and departure. (you pay for what you consume, electricity, house and swimming pool)

Girls holiday getaway

We booked this property as a girl holiday getaway for my 40th birthday celebrations. Overall we had a nice stay and found the location great to be able to visit some really stunning towns and villages nearby including Dome, Rocamadour and also had the opportunity to do cannoing in the Dordogne river as it’s such a great spot for it. In terms of the house itself, it had the main things we wanted but I wish the outside area by the pool would have had more greenery or at least a bit of grass. Also as there is a strict full property clean policy on departure we could find vacuum cleaners and brooms everywhere - that was a problem as they were in the middle of the way, and its not the sort of thing you wanna be looking at when you are trying to enjoy a nice meal. Basically the decoration in general was lacking in my opinion but it was true to the photos so no surprise there. The communication with the owner was good and fast throughout the booking process.

Hébergement idéal pour 10 personnes. Par contre, la proximité de la route rendait la nuit difficile, même avec la fenêtre fermée. Dommage que les draps et les serviettes ne soient pas compris dans le prix de départ, et que la terrasse extérieure soit éloignée de la cuisine. Sinon, tout était très bien et conforme à l' annonce. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Elle est très spacieuse, confortable et également bien équipée, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances.La piscine est un véritable atout et a été très appréciée par les petits comme par les grands! La maison est située dans un environnement agréable et tout est réuni pour passer un très bon séjour!Nous la recommandons à de futurs voyageurs.Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et d’avoir répondu à nos questions.

L'annonce n'est pas fidèle à la réalité de l'hébergement. En effet dans le titre de l'annonce est mentionné piscine chauffée ce qui n'est pas le cas. Et la cuisine d'été est accessible en option. Regrettable aussi..Cuisine équipée mais manque de produits de première nécessité. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour en famille.

Bonjour,Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais je mets une évaluation moyenne, à cause du rapport qualité/prix qui me parait moyen, vu le bruit de la route, le problème de la porte, l’état de la terrasse et de transats et de chaises en mauvais état. Cordialement.

Très bien pour des vacances en famille Ou avec des amis

La maison est bien adaptée à des séjours en famille ou entre amis. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont disponibles et la piscine est un vrai plus. La région offre des paysages de toute beauté. Elle est riches en sites et villages pittoresques. Les baignades dans les eaux de la Dordogne et les balades en canoë sont une source de plaisir stimulant. Cyrille est un hôte accueillant et très sympathique.
