This condo truly stands out with Spanish-inspired architecture. Our fully-furnished one-bedroom accommodation with all facilities suites for 2 travellers who want spend their long vacation or retirement. The room is located at the corner on 2nd floor.

Very good for a short stay

As the condo is situated at the very end of a long passage and the view is reduced to an empty paddock and the back of a hospital building two month were too long to stay in that tiny condo. But what was more annoying was what STAYZ charged us. We learned the normal rental price for a condo like that was between Baht 15.000.00 and 20.000.00 Parking was very good and the security guards at the entrance of the resort were extremely nice and helpful.

property managment / host

Property is nice and clean. Was told to check in with property manager not the host whom was very rude said her job was to take care of the owners not short term rentals. When asked how to get the key code to the room was told call the person you rented from. Since Vrbo did not provide a number of the host we spent a long time calling around to get the host. Once in the room was good. To bad the host has no idea how her guest are treated.

Excellent Stay! I'll Be Back!

Upon arrival, go to the LaCasita office and present your credentials (passport, vax card). Securityguard was a bit confused but going to the office window resolved any concerns. Easy checkin and loved the electronic locks so I never had to worry about losing a key. Of course remembering a new password was challenging for an old guy but it worked well. Very clean place. Wifi was my main concern and I'm happy to say it worked great. Only had issues one evening and it could've been anything on the internet. Never had a problem after the one night. This place has everything you need and the price makes it a no-brainer for me. I'll be staying here again on my next trip. Close to several laundry drop off options on Soi94 for 50 baht per kilo and back in 24 hours. Easy walk to Soi 94 restaurants and Bluport Mall as well. Just a great place!

NOT BIKER FRIENDLY! This is a very nice place and a very nice pool. I would certainly stay there again, EXCEPT they are not biker friendly. I have a big bike (1,100cc), with a large lean-angle when parked. I cannot park in scooter areas because they park too close and I cannot stand the bike up when they park next to it. I explained to the staff. That night, they MOVED my bike (I have NEVER had anyone do that before)! I almost reported it stolen, but then saw it while walking to the office. I had to go to security to have them move the scooter next to me so I could stand up the bike and back it out. The next night I engaged the parking brake and fork lock, and they were unable to move it.

Excellent Second Stay

Second time staying at this location. As before, the location is excellent. Good location for food, walking, close to the beach and close to anything you need. I did more exploring and found good restaurants within a short walk. S&S Indian restaurant across the road was very good, Rolling Stone Pizza & Wings were great if you miss American style pizza, Friendly Restaurant on the way to BluePort Mall is excellent for higher-quality dinners. Everything you need close by and the condo unit works great!
