I booked property online. check in was super easy, home was exactly as described, plenty of space. overall great experience.

House is as described

The house was nice overall my only complaint is the porch light didn’t work therefore we couldn’t see when we returned to the house at night. Also, the mattress’s were very uncomfortable. Other than that, the house looks exactly like the photos. Very spacious. Great location.

Worse experience

I paid for early check in and when I arrived their was another family still inside home. Home had not been cleaned or cleared out. It took them an hour to find me another house that was at another resort. Very upset we had to leave the resort that we chose. Then when we went to second house that house wasn’t cleaned . Me and my family had to be moved again to a third house. While at the third house people kept trying to come in house because it was setup for a showing house. That was also very stressful knowing other people had code to our home. I will never rent another home from sweet home vacations! They haven’t reimbursed any of my money. I reported a complaint and they haven’t responded to me at all.
