This family home of 115m² has on the ground floor a double bedroom (140 bed) then on the upper floor 3 double bedrooms (2 beds of 140 and 2 beds of 90) including one through room and a children's bedroom with 3 beds (1 single bed and 1 bunk bed), for a total capacity of 11 people.



The independent kitchen renovated in 2026 is equipped with an induction hob as well as all the necessary appliances so that you feel at home (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle).



The living room dining room has direct access to the garden and is equipped with a TV and WIFI connection (fibre in place). A renovated shower room in 2025 on the ground floor and a renovated bathroom upstairs in 2026 complete the house. A hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, travel cot and iron are also at your disposal.



Enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue on the large terrace shaded by trees, bicycles are also available for your use.



You will be able to park up to 4 cars on the property.

A deposit of €800, in the form of a pre-authorisation on your credit card, will be requested at the time of your final payment. This amount will not be debited and will be automatically cancelled after your stay, provided there is no damage.
