"PORT HELLIS" residence in Biscarrosse Plage, 900m from the Ocean, in a quiet group of houses.
Charming and spacious two-bedroom adjoining house with a mezzanine and an enclosed 300m2 garden.
It has two West and East-facing 10m2 covered terraces, and a third one, 13m2, West-facing.
A beautiful 20m2 crossing living room, overlooking two terraces, with a TV. A fitted kitchen equipped with a gas cooktop, a microwave and a mini four, a coffee maker and a dish-washer, a kettle and a toaster.
Two bedrooms with a double bed. A large shower room with a washing machine. Separate toilet.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with two single beds.
Outside, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and sun loungers.
Multiple parking possibilities.
