Ray, many thanks for being wonderful guests at our house. Thanks for taking the time to submit your review. Generally speaking, any issues that come to our attention are found by an incoming guest and are commonly caused by outgoing guests who do not bring these problems to our attention. It is a regrettable part of the rental buisness. We correct any problems as soon as they are discovered --- as we did for this guest. It is frustrating however to be marked down for this reason . We are at our home in Maine during these rental periods {1750 miles away} , which makes the rental process challenging . Jim & Tudor

David, thanks for a great review ! I hope you were successful fishing off the dock as there are some pretty good fish caught from there at times. Actually they are often right off the dock, but catching them there is another thing --- they usually just break off before you can coax them to the dock.
