Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the convenient location near the exhibition centre and the spaciousness of the flat in its quiet setting. Your comments help us improve our services to better meet our guests' needs. We're sorry to hear about the old furniture and the cutlery. Additionally, we understand the inconvenience of having to collect and drop off keys away from the property, and we're exploring ways to make this process more seamless. We hope to welcome you again.
