Elegantly furnished and tastefully decorated, this charming flat is within walking distance to various top attractions in Paris!

Relax in the spacious living room which features two plush sofas next to a fireplace, a TV, and a huge window that illuminates the space during the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, a fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There's a dining area complete with a dining table and chairs for 4 where you can dine with loved ones.

The 2 bedrooms contain a double bed (140x200) and wardrobe for your belongings. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

A smoke detector is installed for your safety!
You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The swanky 16th Arr. boasts elegant residential neighborhoods with stately old houses and beautiful art-deco buildings, fine restaurants, world-class museums (both big and small), famous stadiums, and leafy parks. It is also home to foreign embassies and renowned museums, including the Fondation Louis Vuitton and the Palais de Tokyo with its contemporary art.

From larger institutions such as the Modern Art Museum of the City of Paris to smaller ones like the Marmottan-Monet Museum and Musee Baccarat, there's plenty in store here for arts and culture aficionados.

Looking for family-friendly activities? Head to the Bois de Boulogne for its boating lakes and kids' theme park.

If you want to see how well-off Parisians live, it's worth a Metro ride to Passy. You'll be rewarded with an enclave of narrow streets with some of the best luxury food shopping in Paris as well as the Maison de Balzac, a house museum where the novelist once lived.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is La Muette (Line 9) - just 7 mins away on foot. There's also Gare de Boulainvilliers (RER) just 6 mins away. From these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris! Using the RER lines, you can even go to many popular tourist destinations such as CDG Airport (RER B), Disneyland Paris (RER A) and Versailles (RER C) to the heart of Paris.

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 32 mins drive from the flat.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
