Please wash as much as you can at shower stand, public bath area where beach provides in order to prevent the clogging by sand and shells in property.

bathroom floor chipped and clogged by shell and sand , therefore, I requests all my guests to wash as much as Possible at outside. Thank you 🙏.

Great stay

Perfect place for us. Clean, quiet, comfortable, everything we needed was there and everything worked. Easy communications with the host. No complaints at all.We will happily stay there again next time we come to Naples.

Quiet neighborhood

Relaxing month long stay. Close to everything. Did not need to buy any supplies at all, just food. Very laid back residential area. Owner very easy to deal with Rich

I rented this home while here working. The owner is easy to get in contact with if you need anything. The home is as described in the listing. This home worked for our rental situation and would rent again.

Super clean and spacious property

Plenty of clean space here. Large suply of towels and bed sheets. Quiet neighborhood, and of course the beach is awesome. Effective communication with owner or manager. Nothing negative to say here.

Relaxed and rejuvenated

We enjoyed so many things about our stay in this home! It's nicely situated to easily do many of the things we like to do in the Naples area: beach, biking, shopping, church, pickleball. The house was great--lots of space and easy to keep clean. The beds are comfy, the kitchen had all the supplies I needed--even a fancy toaster, blender and waffle maker! Two nice bathrooms, big TVs in every room, and even a quiet office area. It was perfect for our two month stay! Oh, and the owners are delightful. They even let us pick and eat the papayas from the yard.

Good experience overall

We took a mom/daughter trip for the second year. It was more last minute so our other spot was full. This property was ok - could use some updates, fresh paint, etc. The housekeeper showed up the night before we were to leave and with our car still in the driveway - just walked right in. It was uncomfortable and she said the owner told her the wrong date for our departure.

Perfect!

Had the water heater go out our 2nd night - it was replaced within hours - impressed from start to finish!!!! Perfect for any family!!!

Simply perfect

The house was perfect! Very well located, close to everything ( beaches, restaurants, shoppings) very clean and organized! We have enjoyed a lot this vacation and probably we will be back next year again! The owner has been very friendly and kind during the entire rental process! Thanks again!

Naples House

Great location, great place for a family with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. Even had beach chairs and an umbrella which we tools to Barefoot Beach 🏖

Great Location in Naples

Great location, large property with great kitchen dining area and comfortable beds. Only issues were the chairs/couches in the living room not the most comfortable.

I am from Burma(Myanmar), I came US in 2001 as a scholar, graduated from University of Yangon majoring in Physics, to earn another degree from CCAC( Business Management, graduated in 2008). and continued at University of Pittsburgh( PIT), need 15 credits to graduate, B.S in Finance, but decided to pursed to earn the passive income by invested in rental housing for vacationing housing .. A dream haven't come true yet, it is struggling in actual life. Nevertheless, I am strong , and I want to meet more people to learn how to stay clams their lives after retirement, and I want to give the hospitality services to them as fair and reasonable prices. I love the beach, I love to watch the sunset and traveliing is my hobby.

It is fit for my descriptions, safe , quiet, respect and help each other, not too far and not too close the beaches, convenient to shopping for all needs within 3 miles.

この宿泊施設の特徴

I provides the very honest service and treat all my guests with respect. Most of my guests are retired guests , fit for them ,easily access for them as they need , since I lives in very close distance , and a place to call as their second home and they come back yearly, contracted for three moths from Jan last week to end of April. therefore , these date are my dearly guest from Michigan and Boston and always looked there date for them. Sorry for the guest who want to booked that time frame.
