Cataln arquitectura、J。A Balcellsによって1960年に建てられたユニークな家。 2014年にベイエリアを見下ろすブラネス山の美しくモダンな家に改装されました。
場所は恵まれており、山の小さな入り江にあります。植物園のすぐそばにあり、カラサンフランチェスクから10分です。 海を見下ろす独自の大きなインフィニティプールがあり、本当に美しい場所です。
収容人数は10人とオプションのサービスルーム1つです。
専用バスルーム付きの2つのダブルベッドルーム、海に面したテラス付きの1つのダブルベッドルーム、および他のベッドルーム（4つのベッド付き）

オープンダイニングエリアと屋内パティオのあるキッチンは美しく、たくさんの光を取り入れます。 また、ダイニングエリアとリビングルームから海を見ることができます。

The house was a real gem. The kitchen was, by far, the best equipped I have ever had a short-term rental. It had a regular drip coffee maker, two French drip coffee makers and an expresso maker. There were many, many place setting - you could feed 16 people if you wanted that many over for dinner. It was too cold to use the swimming pool, but we really would have enjoyed it with the views. The decor was eclectic, but tasteful. I highly recommend it.

Unforgettable location & stay

The family hosting this property did a phenomenal job making our stay unforgettable. They were extremely communicative, helpful with the language barrier we had a few times with others, and were very easy to access for help and questions. The only thing better were the views from this property! Wow! Everything about this home is authentic, welcoming and beautiful. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this property to any group looking for a wonderful time in Blanes. The pool was the perfect way to cool off after a hot June day. You want to stay here!

This was the best vacation rental experience we have ever had. We were greated upon arrival by Graciela, who was such a gracious host. She insisted on giving us a full house tour and showing us where we could find absolutely anything we needed. We spent 5 nights, half of those we cooked on the outdoor grill and dined al fresco. The property had 180 degree ocean views. The sunrises were bright red, like nothing I’ve ever seen before. The location is amazing, we walked to the harbor town every single day. It’s literally across the street from the botanical garden, one of the top things to see in Blane. The hosts had many connections for things to do, transportation, etc. We hope to visit again someday. I cannot say enough good things.

Anniversary with family

The property provided ample space to both individual and whole group activities. We loved the pool and patios as well as indoor spaces where we lounged, watched futbol, played foosball and ping pong and dined as a family. Graciela and Max were wonderful in helping us arrange things prior to our arrival including a paella dinner on the night we arrived. We were close to multiple beaches to which we could walk or easily drive. On arrival Max showed us the property and advised us on possible activities. One very special one with which we took advantage was an early morning run and then breakfast at a wonderful restaurant at San Francesc beach.

Panoramic view

Really enjoyed staying at the villa. The view from bedrooms was breathtaking. Villa has more than enough space for a big family. Pool is gorgeous. View is unbelievable. The only thing I would’ve added is heating for the pool. Not sure how common this is in Spain, but weather in May-June is definitely cooler in comparison with Florida. Blanes is a nice Spanish town with lots to do. Beautiful botanical garden is right next to the villa, beaches are 5-10 min ride depending where you want to go. Parking was plentiful and house was very well equipped. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing views.

The owners met us at the property and made us very welcome. They spoke excellent English and were on hand next door if required. The property itself was amazing with many nautical themed artefacts which gave character. There were many dining areas depending on the time of day and whether you preferred to eat inside or out. The double bedrooms were lovely with incredible sea views. The downstairs games room was great and the family enjoyed many keenly contested games of table tennis. The highlight of the holiday was the amazing garden and swimming pool with fantastic views across the harbour and town. Other than one trip to the beach and a visit to the beautiful botanical gardens we spent the rest of our time at the villa. We would strongly recommend this property for a family holiday and are already planning another visit in the future.

Et fantastisk feriehus med flott basseng og utsikt!

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i De Robles village. Flott arkitektur, frodig hage, nydelig basseng og fantastisk utsikt. Huset ligger i ca 10 min gangavstand til strand, restauranter og butikker i Blanes sentrum. Stranda Sant Francesc (10 min. gange mot øst) anbefales! Hyggelig representant for huseier møtte opp som avtalt ved både ankomst og avreise. Det er egen parkeringsplass ved huset. Huset er romslig, hjemmekoselig og velutstyrt, vi savnet ingenting. Dersom vi skal trekke frem noe negativt må det være litt dårlig renhold, samt båthavna som "forstyrrer" den ellers vakre utsikten noe (kommer ikke frem nå bildene som vises). Huset er av høy kvalitet i utforming og detaljer, men begynner å bli slitt. Alt i alt et fantastisk sted som vi anbefaler!

Perfect place with own spirit, very lovely owners

A lovely cozy house with huge french windows opening view to the east and south sea coast. The sunrises are magical, the buildings of the nearby bay are colored in pink-orange early in the morning. The house is situated on a quiet hill above the town. A botanical garden is literally a 2-minute walk from it. The living room is spacious, arranged with a lot of taste and comfort in several places where you can contemplate the sea, the bay or the Mediterranean pine trees around. The kitchen offers all the amenities. We do not recall anything missing. From gas hobs, microwaves, coffee machines, dishwasher and huge refrigerator, to all kinds of utensils you may need. The bedrooms are clean and warm, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms clean and spacious. Everything worked. Maybe one detail in today's modern world - the house does not miss even wireless, high-speed internet. The best thing is that the furniture inside has elements of near history, candlesticks, old books, photos from nearby bays, paintings and objects from the past - old chest, scales, anchors, ropes ... This house has it own very charming spirit. We only regret that we visited it out of the summer season and outside the temperature did not allow us to take advantage of the fabulous area around an of the amazing swimming pool. But that's how we enjoyed during all of the evenings the fireplace inside. The owners were very lovely, ready to help and address any of our needs and questions. Great place. We will miss it.

Excelente y acogedora

Hemos estado con unos amigos durante 3 días y la casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos, espectacular! Acogedora, llena de detalles y con una decoración muy vintage y con mucho estilo. Cabe destacar lo limpio y cuidado que estaba todo, las vistas desde la terraza principal, super bonitas de toda la bahía de Blanes con la Palomera al fondo. La piscina es preciosa como de ensueño y los niños han disfrutado muchísimo. La zona es super tranquila y la casa nada calurosa aunque hayamos estado en pleno agosto. La anfitriona, Graciela, muy simpática y atenta en todo momento, nos indicó playas preciosas donde bañarnos y también nos recomendó restaurantes para cenar aunque con esta casa, su piscina y su gran cocina no nos hizo mucha falta! Está muy preparada para acoger a los 10 que éramos y muy adecuada para los niños ya que disfrutaron durmiendo todos en las literas y con su gran jardín. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y sus terrazas tienen muy buenas vistas es una gozada despertarse con ellas por la mañana. Seguro que volvemos!!!!!!!!

Fantastisk utsikt!

Utsikten är fantastisk både från poolområdet och inifrån huset, bättre än förväntat utifrån bilderna som ändå lovade mycket! Husets planlösning var väldigt bra med flera bra sovrum, badrum och ett pingisrum en trappa ner som barnen hade stor glädje av. Köket var lite långsmalt så det blev trångt när många skulle hjälpas åt, men det var inte något problem. Huset har inte luftkonditionering vilket gick bra då temperaturen i juni nattetid var lagom, det blev inte för varmt. Men senare under sommaren kan det nog bli varmt. Annonsen på Homeaway stämmer inte riktigt på ett antal punkter, det krävs bara några mindre justeringar. Tex fanns inte något biljardbord, ingen utomhusgrill, någon matlagning kunde man inte beställa mm. Vi fick info om det i förväg men annonsen skulle behöva justeras. Fastigheten var städad och vi möttes upp enligt överenskommelse både vid ankomst och avfärd. Stränderna var fina, ffa den mindre stranden Cala Francesca som låg en kort promenad norr om huset. Det fanns trevliga restauranger nere i byn men vi lagade också mycket mat i huset som hade ett välutrustat kök. Det vara bara en kort bilfärd till ett stort vattenland som ägnades en dagsuflykt och uppskattades av barnen. Sammanfattningsvis skulle jag absolut rekommendera huset. Den underbara utsikten gör att man mår bra hela vistelen!

There is a great family feeling to this house as it has always served as a summer house for many generations.

Capacity for 10 people, 300 square metre house with 1000 square metre garden with an overflowing pool.

A beautifullyl designed house, designed and built in 1960 by the Catalan architect J.A.Balcells, recently renovated with a new overflowing swimming pool overlooking the bay in Blanes.

Privileged views and location, situated 100m away from the Botanical gardens ‘’Mar y Murtra’’ and 10 minutes away from a small beach called Sant Francesc, and also the main town of Blanes.

Vintage style decoration with design elements of the period.

Capacity for 10 people and optional room for service.

Two double bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom and terraces with sea views as well as 2 other bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

The kitchen with dining room is open plan with a patio letting in loads of light, as well as sea views through out the house.

Garage and game rooms with a football table and children’s games in the service area of the house.

Television is available with wifi.

This house is unique and special thanks to its architecture and design reminiscent of the 1950s style and period of Catalunya.
