Casa Aragostaは伝統的なマルタのタウンハウスで、Sengleaの魅力的な通りの階段にあります。 家は4階建てと屋根のテラスで構成され、最近改装され、すべての新しいインテリアが施されています。 正面玄関は廊下にあり、最後に洗面所があり、1階のバルコニー付きのオープンプランのキッチン/ダイニングとレセプションルームにつながる主要階段があります。 上の階には2つのベッドルームがあり、最初のベッドルームには下にあるバルコニーがあります。 最上階には3番目のベッドルームと屋上テラスの階段があります。 バスルームは階段の中にあり、2つのウォークインシャワーと2つのルースがあります。

Host Victoria provide detail information and responded promptly to any questions. The housekeeper Sylvana was fantastic and provided us with a great view introduction to the home and details about the local area. The home was perfect for our stay in Malta and we throughly enjoyed the home and Malta. Thank you

Absolutely loved our stay beautiful traditional house as well as the location is amazing it was above and beyond our expectations. Staying in senglea gives you a lovely view of Valletta but the area is so pretty lots to see places to eat and things to do and you can take a great boat trip to Valletta which is not far from the house -by ferry or the small traditional boats. Will definitely be staying again . The house is so well equipped everything you really need. The housekeeper and the owner were so helpful thank you for a great stay x

This was a beautiful old renovated home. A flight of stairs or two from the water front restaurants and grocery. A little warm in the summer with no a/c but lots of fans. Everything you need is provided for and the host and housekeeper are easy to contact.

We had the best few days in Senglea! For us, (5 people - 3 generations from 17 to 80) the location of the house was perfect. It was situated in a lovely, quiet, traditional area of Malta but with really easy access to Valetta by taxi boat or ferry. Small shops nearby and plenty of places to eat round about.We loved the lay out of the traditional town house and it was equipped with everything we needed. As other reviews mention there are LOTS of steps both outside and inside the property but it added to the charm for us. We were met by the property manager who was local and so helpful. She was also contactable throughout our stay if we needed anything.All in all the accommodation added to our enjoyment of Malta and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Casa Aragosta! We were welcomed by Sylvana who was very helpful and showed us around the property. The property was very clean and we loved the character and feel of it, from the old decorated floor tiles to the stone stairwell, the box balcony and bedroom balcony. The view from the rooftop terrace was stunning whether day or night. We loved it!We appreciated the coffee, tea , sugar and water that was provided to get us going, especially as we arrived late in the evening. Bedding was fresh and towels abundant.The location was perfect, only footsteps away from a selection of restaurants by the water with beautiful views over the marina and Birgu. We found Senglea and Birgu to be very interesting, we easily spent a couple of days exploring the 3 Cities. Travel to Valletta by ferry was easy and a lovely way to arrive. We also used the buses to travel further afield, the bus stop was conveniently situated just a few streets away, along with the local shops where you could get everytjing you needed.It really was a wonderful stay, thank you!

Lovely old house

Had a lovely stay in this gorgeous old house. Very peaceful area and Sylvanna (house keeper) helped us wherever she could. Be prepared for lots of steps. We rated 4 stars instead of 5 only due to the fact there was no television and my parents like to stay in at night and unwind to tv before bed.

Beautiful maltese house

We had a great and relaxing stay in this charming home. From the roof terrace you have a marvelous view onto the bay. The house is fully equipped. Sylvana, the housekeeper, was very supportive whenever we had a question. Nearby there are small stores for groceries and a lot of nice and cosy restaurants. A small minus: mosquito protection at the bedroom windows would be great and the sofa should be replaced. Thanks for this wonderful time we had in your home.

We loved this traditional Maltese home in a quiet authentic neighborhood. It was well furnished with coffee and tea and essentials. The bus station and ferry are within very easy walking distance to get to the heart of Valletta in 20 or 30 minutes. Check in and out was personal and easy. Communication was great. The terrace was nice on a sunny day with great views. There is not a microwave but we made good use of the washing machine and the coffee press. As other reviews mention, there are many stairs both in the house and neighborhood - typical of the area. The mattresses could use replacing or toppers as some of the springs have seen better days. Thank you so much for the opportunity to rent this beautiful house!

Wundervolles Stadthaus im Herzen der Drei-Städte

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Senglea. Das Haus hat viel Charme und ist zugleich mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit Victoria war von Beginn an sehr angenehm. Und besonders auch der Empfang von Sylvana vor Ort war sehr herzlich und informativ. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir können einen Urlaub im Stadthaus allen sehr empfehlen.

Excellent Séjour!!!

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour de 14 jours dans cette jolie maison Maltaise. Dans un premier temps, nous mettons un point d'honneur sur l'accueil chaleureux de Sylvana. Maison idéalement située, au calme tout en étant près de restaurants (mention spéciale pour le restaurant Aqua blue). Vue imprenable de la terrasse. La maison est très bien équipée, effectivement la nuit il fait chaud mais heureusement elle est équipée de ventilateurs dans toutes les pièces. Stationnement gratuit et facile. Les navettes fluviales pour accéder à la Valette sont proches et pas chères, sont régulières et jusqu'à tard le soir. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir permis de visiter cette belle île dans les meilleures conditions. P.S: il faut être en forme physiquement car beaucoup de marche pour accéder à la maison et dans la maison.

Short stay in Senglea

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Communication between the owner and Sylvana was excellent. Sylvana met us and took us to the house which was full of charm and character and in a great location. The people in Senglea were warm and welcoming and we enjoyed the local restaurants and visits to the surrounding areas. Would certainly visit again Alison and Ray

Perfekter Urlaub auf Malta

Wer gerne das maltesische Leben kennen lernen möchte, aber auch die touristischen Aktivitäten, ist seht gut in Senglea aufgehoben. Das Haus war top. Gut sortiert und hat einem tollen Blick von der Dachterasse über den Hafen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Town House in good location but needs some improvements

The house is in a good location with easy access to local restaurants and ferry to Veleta. Likes: Good location, shops nearby (check opening times they are a bit random). Internet works fine. Dislikes: The whole house needs a deep clean. Building work going on next door and down the street. Roof space is in my opinion is dangerous there is no balustrade down one side and no hand rail to the roof opening. The house would benefit from AC it topped 38 degrees in June. Tips: Download the eCabs App for taxi transfers or Bolt.

Lovely stay in Senglea

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The balcony was the highlight and a wonderful breakfast spot. The place was clean, comfortable and both Sylvana and the owner were extremely helpful and accommodating. A number of dining spots within a 5 minute walk as well as the ferry to Valletta. Many stairs in the property which is its charm but need to be able to manage them! Great place in Senglea

Om voor terug te komen

Mooie authentieke locatie in een prachtige omgeving. Snel in Valetta via de watertaxi en in de omgeving gezellige en lekkere restaurant in het midden van een context waar de historie nog van af spat. Zowel als verblijf als de locatie waar het staat een aanrader.

Haus mit viel Charme in toller Lage

Für unseren Urlaub zu zweit im Spätherbst hätten wir es nicht schöner haben können: Das alte Haus besticht durch seinen Charme und durch die schöne und zentrale Lage. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Dachterrasse mit dem Blick auf den Yachthafen. Man wohnt abseits der Touristenströme und gleichzeitig doch so zentral, dass man die vielen offenen Restaurants am Hafen genießen und durch die schönen Gassen von Senglea oder Vittoriosa bummeln kann. Auch die nur ein paar Minuten entfernte Pendelfähre rüber nach Valletta war in der zweiten Oktoberhälfte noch bis nachts im Dauerbetrieb und ermöglichte auch spontane Überfahrten. Wir haben uns zwar für ein paar Tage ein Auto gemietet und sind die Insel abgefahren. Unser Fazit war aber, dass es nirgendwo so schön und ideal zu wohnen war wie in Senglea.

Great week on Malta in October

We really loved our home, the Casa Aragosta, in Senglea! It was a very nice week, the house was perfect for us. Every evening we sat on the roof terrace. We made several trips by boat, bus and car and met everywhere friendly people. We loved the short ways to the ferry, to the food markets, to Vittoriosa, Valletta. Sylvana was a wonderful housekeeper, very helpful and patient with us!

Wonderful stay in in non-tourist area

The house was lovely - lots of stairs to manage but we enjoyed mornings and evenings on the roof terrace. Well equipped kitchen for eating in. The local area is great with lots of local shops and a fairly untouched feel to it - we hardly saw many other tourists despite it being the height of summer. Transport to Valletta is great on the ferry and buses easy to get around on as well.

Wonderful stay in Senglea

We really enjoyed our stay in this property, it is a stylish mix of old and new, the view from the terrace is wonderful. There are a lot of steps to the different levels and in the summer the property is hot but there are plenty of fans in the living area and bedrooms. The area is super for sitting out in the marina and taking in the view of the boats and it is very easy to hop on the ferry over to Valetta. There is a good selection of places to eat within a very short walk or the kitchen is very well equipped if you wanted to cook yourself. Slyvana was welcoming and happily answered any questions we had.
