ヴィラトロミラは、レティムノ県のスーダの南海岸地域に位置する180平方メートルの住宅です。 ヴィラは、大規模なグループや家族に最適です！

ヴィラは実際には2つの独立した家で、1つとして借りることができます！ 合計180平方メートルの2階建ての建物で、モダンで最小限のスタイルで装飾され、ベッドに12人を収容できます。 私たちのヴィラに滞在すると、友人と休暇をとったり、あなたとあなた自身の家族のためにあなたのプライベートな場所を同時に持つことができます。

ヴィラは、ソーダの砂浜からわずか2 km、ショップやマーケットのあるプラキアスの活気あるエリアから3 kmの場所にあります。 完全に隔離されていますが、すべてに近い私たちのヴィラは、家族全員にさまざまな施設を提供しています。

ヴィラのレイアウト：

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön und perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren 2 befreundete Familien, also 4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder und hatten in den 13 Tagen ausreichend Platz. Die Übergabe und die Absprachen klappten bestens mit der netten Frau, leider den Namen vergessen. Es gab selbstgebackenen Kuchen, Oliveröl und Raki. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Fantastic property and beautiful location. The property was just as described, beautiful quiet location close by the lovey town of Plakias. We had an amazing holiday, pool area at the villa was perfect and the local beaches offered us lots of choice. The area of Plakias is very quiet but the local town offered lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Beaches were clean, sea was great for swimming and they were not overly busy even during school holiday season. The Villas had everything we needed and the connecting balconies made it easy to move between the two properties. The drive from the airport takes you though beautiful mountain regions. We loved being away from the busier tourist areas of the North. We did 1 day trip to a Waterpark which took us 1.5 hrs to drive to. Overall the longer drive time was well worth it for the quieter and less touristy area we were in.All my interactions with the property team were great, they were very helpful and always available if we had questions. The housekeeping ladies were all very friendly and we really appreciated the extra personalised touches. We will definitely return!

Amazing family vacation in Crete Greece!!

This was an incredible location with beautiful views of both the mountains and the sea. The Villa was spacious and great for our family. Mrs Margarita delicious cookies were a nice surprise as well. Having a pool to cool off on very hot days was great. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay!!

This property is as seen in the pictures. Awesome view. Nice pool with a big outdoor dining table and recliners. The property is two identical units side-by-side, each with 2 bedrooms, a loft, and two baths. Very comfortable, clean, nice modern decor, no complaints. Definitely need a car... it is a 5-minute drive to get into town where the restaurants and supermarkets are. I would highly recommend this property.

The large dining area beside the BBQ was very hot, partially due to the air conditioning units being there. So we had to move tables and chairs around on the upper balconies to get a shady enough area for ten of us to sit and eat.

Excellent Villa

This villa in the mountains above Plakia was beautiful. I stayed here with four friends and it was amazing. We were welcomed by one of the women who cleans. She gave us a tour of the place and had a homemade cake for us!! Then a few days later, delivered another one. The Villa is very clean, has a nice pool, a great charcoal grill and dining area outside. There are little beaches down the road, and major beaches with in drivable distance. It is very close to beachfront restaurants and shops.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche auf Kreta und das lag ganz besonders auch an dieser Villa. Es gab einen sehr netten Empfang durch die deutschsprachige Gastgeberin. Wir wurden mit einem selbst gebackenem Kuchen begrüßt. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und wird sehr gepflegt. Tolle Aussicht zum Meer. Der Pool ist etwas klein, aber trotzdem schön und war und nach den Tagesausflügen eine willkommene Erfrischung. Wir haben diese Unterkunft genossen, weil sie zwei Familien sowohl Individualität als auch Gemeinsamkeit ermöglich. Die beiden Doppelhaushälften ermöglichen sowohl Gemeinsamkeit als auch mal einen individuellen Abend. Das war für alle schön. Es gibt in Plakias einige tolle Restaurant, z.B. das Medusa. Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Tolle Villa mit herrlichem Meerblick und tollem Service

Sehr helle,moderne und gut ausgestattete Villa.Es ist praktisch ein Doppelhaus,die Terrassen über 3 Treppen miteinander verbunden,perfekt für zwei befreundete Familien,Wir sind nachts angekommen und vom Vermieter freundlich empfangen worden. Sogar Lebensmittel und Getränke waren vorhanden,nicht zu vergessen den Kuchen,Honig und Wein vom Vermieter:). Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir vom herzlichen Ausblick aufs Meer überwältigt,noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Alle 3-4 Tage wurde die Villa gereinigt,Betten wurden frisch bezogen und Handtücher gewechselt. Margarita,die Mutter vom Vermieter,brachte immer einen Kuchen für jede Familie,sehr lecker,dankeschön nochmal dafür Margarita:). Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt,es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Den Strand und Plakias erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca.5 Minuten,wo man wirklich sehr gut essen kann. Der Urlaub war wirklich wunderschön und wir und die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen! 2 perfekte Wochen Urlaub in einer tollen Villa

Wir kommen gerade zurück und haben mit 10 Leuten in der Villa gewohnt. Die Villa bietet alles was man braucht, um es sich gut gehen zu lassen und selbst zu versorgen. Da es allerdings extrem gute Restaurants in Plakias, Souda, Sellia und Myrthios gibt, haben wir außer das Frühstück die Mahlzeiten auswärts eingenommen. Der Grill, die Terrasse und der Pool sind allerdings sehr einladend und wir haben dort wunderbare Zeiten verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und wurde 2x pro Woche gereinigt bzw. Handtücher gewechselt. Und besonders zu erwähnen ist die tolle Versorgung mit Obst, Kuchen, Käse, Olivenöl und anderen griechischen Produkten, die die Mutter von Stelios uns vorbeibrachte. Super lecker! Vielen Dank dafür. Auch die Betreuung sowie Check-in etc., Tipps und Informationen von Kostas waren perfekt. Wir würden diese Villa auch wegen der guten Lage gerne wieder buchen.

Beautiful venue, great service

So if you‘re planning a vacation on Crete - that‘s your spot! Located in the south of Crete you‘re mostly safe from the notherly winds and the weather is significantly better than in the northern part of the island. The Villa itself is very clean, beautiful, new standard (just 4 years old) and has everything you need. Great pool, gorgeous view and it‘s not too far to Plakias (5min drive or a 30min walk) with its nice restaurants, shopping markets, doctors, pharmacies and everything else you might need. The contact with the agency (etouri) was tremendous, they keep you updated on things to explore in the area (even considering the weather forecast for your tours). Really great. The host (Margareta) was very kind, she took good care for us and even welcomed us with complementary homemade cakes, olive oil, honey and raki. It really felt like home. This is a 5⭐️ venue! No complaints.

Super Urlaub! Sehr schönes Haus und die Vermieterin war sehr, sehr freundlich! Wir haben guten Kuchen bekommen und während der Woche wurden auch die Handtücher gewechselt und das Haus aufgeräumt. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :)

Haus mit. Meerblick

Gute und umsichtige Betreuung, Wünsche wurden, schnell umgesetzt. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen auf das Meer sind beeindruckend, störend war die Geruchsbelästigung in den hinteren Souterrainszimmern und die Nähe zu dem Nachbarhaus.
