This lovely Brand NEW home is located in Chateau Cove on Beautiful TableRock Lake! Completed in June 2020 We are located on Hwy 265 near the Chateau on the Lake resort.

With a total of 7 bedrooms, we have 6 bedrooms with queen beds and one with 2 bunk beds for the kids to enjoy!! Each bedroom has its own bathroom! Sleeping for 20 with 2 sleeper sofas! Flat screen smart TV in each bedroom. Wifi.

An Inviting space with Fully stocked Kitchen with double ovens for larger meals. 2 Full size refrigerators, and electric Fireplace in a very open floor plan. There is a wet bar with microwave and full sized fridge in the lower level for late night popcorn or pizza craving!
There are 2 large decks to enjoy the outdoors, so enjoy your dinner outside or cozy up in the hot tub on the lower deck, screened in area. A small fire pit completes the outdoor comforts!

Chateau Cove is a neighborhood set up for vacationers with an outdoor AND and indoor community pool. Branson attractions are approximately 3 miles and Silver Dollar City is 6. Getting to the Lake is just as easy utilizing the State Park Marina on MO State HWY 265 or Indian Point Marina down Indian Point Rd approx 3 miles away.

Overall lovely home. Plenty of rooms for our large family and we loved how each room had its own attached bathroom for added privacy. Wide open spaces and 2 living rooms for hanging out, provided games and the foosball table was a hit! Owners let us check in early and were always helpful and genuine about our concerns. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at this home.

The house was perfect for our family of 14, ranging from age 1-47! The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and immediately fixed the only issue we had w the a/c! All of our kids have said they want to stay here again so we will be looking to book for our family vacation next year!

We stayed for 3 nights near Table Rock Lake and iBranson. The location was great, but unfortunately, we ran into several issues that made the stay disappointing.We had problems with the A/C when we arrived, though someone was sent out to fix it, and new gas tanks were eventually brought for the grills. However, several other problems were never addressed during our stay. The refrigerator on the main floor wouldn’t stay closed, and the handle came off when we tried to open it — the door was visibly bent. The upstairs bathroom sink was clogged, and the towel rack fell off the wall.Most concerning was the accessibility. The listing said the property was wheelchair accessible, but the beds were extremely high, and I couldn’t get into them from my wheelchair. This made things incredibly difficult and felt misleading.Despite the maintenance crew helping with the A/C and gas, we never received an apology or any kind of compensation for the multiple unresolved problems. I would not recommend this property to anyone who uses a wheelchair — and honestly, I’m not sure I’d recommend it to anyone given the overall experience.

the location was fine. Easy access. I communicated some issues with the owner after our stay. There were 3 mechanical issues and 1 health related issue that I emailed him about. Would Sleep Here Again

This was our first time visiting Branson and will definitely be back! The house was perfect for our family and met everyone’s wants and needs. The view from the deck was beautiful and it was a great place to enjoy morning coffee and hang out and play games in the evening. Kelly was responsive and accommodating to a last minute change I had to make which was a huge stress relief for me. Communication was timely and information was clear. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for anyone that wants to be close to all the activities in town but not in the middle of it!

The property was extremely clean and was everything we expected. There were plenty of towels including several beach towels for use at the 2 pools on the property or our private hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. There are 2 coffee makers in the kitchen. A standard 12 cup brewer and a k-cup. The property is conveniently located close to the strip as well as SDC. I would definitely recommend this property for a large group. The host was very easy to work with and responded to our inquiries very quickly.

Great home at great location

Well appointed. Short walk to outdoor and indoor pools. No pass-through traffic. Fully enclosed decks (great for toddlers), and covered (can use space even during rain). Multiple large fridges/freezers handy for large groups. View of lake somewhat obscured from lower levels, but no other structures between lake and this home made a secluded experience. Smart TVs make it easy to log in and stream your preferred content. Only complaint is fresh pies were not delivered daily ;-)

Always a great stay!

This is a great property we have now used for two years and will continue to use. Plenty of space and a great layout for our large family at Christmas time. Would definitely recommend!

Loved it!

Our family of 14 (grandparents, parents and kids) had a great stay. We had a variety of age ranges and everyone loved having their own room with its own bathroom. We had plenty of space to enjoy each other's company and also spread out when needed. The kids loved the indoor pool in the neighborhood and adults enjoyed the hot tub at the house. It's very close to Silver Dollar City and other attractions in Branson.

College Friends Reunion

The house was perfectly situated to all the main attractions we wanted to see (The Branson Belle Show Boat and Sight and Sound Theater). Very convenient to the main roads and wonderfully appointed house.

Very Large Very nice place

This condo is very large which is exactly what we needed. It had a bathroom for each room which were very nice. This was clean and cozy. Our family (10 people) 4 couples and 2 singles were easily accommodated. I am not a big fan of the tall beds and we had to get a step stool for my wife as she had trouble getting into the bed. However, the beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. We enjoyed the hot tub a lot and many foosball games were played. The owner was very responsive when I had a question. Would definitely consider renting again if we needed a large space.

Perfect Place to Stay!

From the moment we walked in, we knew this was going to be an awesome place to stay! We had 15 of all ages and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was so nice! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Everything we needed for cooking was provided. The hot tub and the view were a nice bonus and the community was beautiful. Close to everthing! The hosts were always very quick to respond. Thank you, Kelly! Would highly recommend!
