Aloha Anne, We appreciate your thoughtful review of the property! The views and location are truly spectacular! As for the starter kit, we do not provide salt and pepper, however we generally leave the spices from the former traveler. We will certainly evaluate the windows in the Primary bedroom to see what can be done there as the unit is undergoing improvements as we speak! Hope to see you and your group again soon!

We were delighted with our stay at the VRBO property that was just as described. From the secure location to the expansive balcony overlooking the golf course and seashore, it was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful place. What impressed us the most is that we only saw the golf course and ocean – no other units were visible!It took a bit of effort to get up to the unit, as there were several flights of stairs to climb, totaling 52 steps up to the bedroom/bathroom level. When we arrived all seemed clean however, once we walked on the hard surface floors we noticed some grittiness and stickiness. We chose to have it cleaned at our expense and it was much better afterwards. The thermostat for controlling temperature is located on the main floor which made it difficult to get an even temperature throughout especially upstairs.All in all this was an enjoyable stay and although it had some challenges, we felt safe, secure and content in this great environment!
