世界的に有名な建築家ブライアンマッケイリヨンによって設計されたこの特別な4ベッドルームハウスは、サミットパウダーマウンテンの理想的なロケーションと構成を提供し、素晴らしい家族や友人との休暇に最適です。

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this home on Powder Mountain. The views were breathtaking, truly the kind you never get tired of. There is nothing like waking up and falling asleep to the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. Every window felt like a postcard.The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were cozy, which made such a difference after long days of skiing. The kitchen and bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.The space worked perfectly for my family of six adults and four children. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax without ever feeling crowded.Amy was an amazing host — friendly, responsive, and so accommodating. She made everything seamless from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been better for mountain access. We were there for skiing and loved every minute of it, and we would absolutely come back in the summer to experience the hiking and everything this mountain has to offer. The closed garage was an added bonus we truly appreciated.This is truly a mountain retreat we won’t forget.

This house is amazing! The views are incredible. The host helped us out tremendously. We had an issue unrelated to the house, and she was able to provide help. Very quick to respond. It was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

There is nothing like staying on the top of the world. It was constantly breathtaking and being able to climb up the hill to go skiing was perfect. We for sure want to return next winter.

Men’s Ski Trip

Great Property at the top of Powder Mountain. Excellent host who was quick to respond and a gracious host. We skied in February 2025 after a big storm and had a great time. Would stay here again!

Perfect for multiple families!

We had a great time during our stay! Great location for close access to Lyfts. Having the concierge help was a huge bonus! Having groceries/supplies delivered prior to arrival was perfect! We even had a personal chef come in and prepare an amazing dinner on superbowl Sunday! The owner, Amy, was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we had. When the rules changed for nonresidents, she was very accommodating and ensured we still had a great time on the mountain! The kitchen is well stocked and a great space for family to gather while preparing dinner! We would definitely rent again!

Wonderful mountain top experience!

We enjoyed Thanksgiving week on the top of a snow covered mountain. The home was gorgeous and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had nine in our party and there was plenty of room - lots of beds, restrooms, and seating areas. It felt like a dream home away from home.

PowMow 2024; 60th Bday Celebration!

AMAZING, UNBELIEVABLE HOME!!! We had a fabulous 8 day family experience and words cannot adequately describe how wonderful this home is and the experience it delivers! The views are majestic! The comfort and amenities immediately make you feel "at home!" The ski-in/ski-out proximity spoils you - you'll never want to stay off-mountain again! :-D And Amy was incredibly attentive before, during and after our stay, communicating regularly to ensure everything was perfect! Beautiful and convenient

The home is spectacular, amazing views, beautiful space and fantastic amenities. The location is ideal for convenient skiing. We unfortunately had so much snow that road closures led to resort closures and significantly impacted our travel and vacation plans - the hosts were very responsive and accommodating during some unusual and very challenging situations. Would definitely hope to return and hope for less disruptive weather conditions!

Beautiful Views, LOTS of snow

The views from the property were stunning & just as beautiful as the photos. The house was clean & organized. We chose the property for the ability to ski in/ski out, but there was so much snow prior to our arrival plus 12-19" overnight 2 nights in a row, that we were unable to ski out of the property without climbing up a giant snow pile made by the plows or walking to another parking lot a bit lower on the mountain.Only a couple experienced skiers with us were able to ski in. The weather isn't something you can control, but it did put a bit of a damper on our trip since we were traveling with senior citizens & small children & we were banking on that easy access to the slopes without a lot of walking. Some of the employees doing the snow removal said that the amount of snow we got when we were there wasn't unusual, so I thought it fair to mention here. The snow cats eventually caught up with the snowfall & groomed near the home to make it accessible for ski in/ski out, but it wasn't until late at night on day#4 of our trip which was the night before we left, so we weren't able to enjoy that benefit of the home. The house is at the top of the mountain, so you do need to plan ahead for groceries and alcohol, but the host made lots of suggestions for grocery pickup en route from the airport and nearby liquor stores. The host was very responsive to all of our questions prior to our stay & when we had questions on arrival. Would overall still recommend this beautiful home.

This past stay was our friends and family’s third year at Powder Mountain and we look forward to our return again soon! House is clean, well appointed, and could not be in a better location for skiers of all levels.

A casa é espetacular, grande, bem decorada, muito bem aparelhada e extremamente confortável e aconchegante. A cozinha tem tudo que precisa e um pouco mais, nas salas sofás confortáveis para apreciar a maravilhosa vista. Os quartos, incríveis, os banheiros são grandes e parecem de hotel 6 estrelas. Se você vai esquiar, ao lado da casa ja da acesso direto a uma pista com acesso ao Village Lift, enfim a casa é PERFEITA, voltarei e recomendo muito. E a anfitriã é muito atenciosa e rápida nos retornos, nota 10. Fomos muito felizes nessa casa.

Spring Break at Powder Mtn!

Our children & grandchildren had an extraordinary experience skiing in and out of our amazing mountain top retreat. The house was perfect for our needs and well equipped for meal preparation and dining. We experienced an unusually high amount of snowfall which prevented us from using the outside porch with the exception of building a snowman on it. Every morning the walkways and streets were cleared by a team of hardworking staff. The owner was extremely helpful and always available to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. My grandsons want to move there permanently. Thank you, Amy, and I hope we can visit again next year.

Ideal ski holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful ski in and out home at the top of Powder Mountain. The spacious house was ideal for our family of 9 and the very large windows in the living area provided wonderful views of the valley. Given the spaciousness of the house no one suffered cabin fever if they decided not to ski for a day or two. It is an ideal ski house and has all the conveniences that are needed for an great stay. The host Amy was very responsive to any of our questions and needs. At 8500 + feet we had considerable snow during our stay which sometimes created a challenge if you wanted to drive down the mountain. A four wheel vehicle is a must in those conditions. I would plan on having all your meals at the house since any restaurants are a good distance away, especially in the snow. Everyone enjoyed and the stay and we will probably rebook for another time in the future.

2nd time around

This was our second trip to Powder Mountain. The house is immaculate. We love staying here. Plenty of space. Awesome views. If you are going to hunker down and take in Powder Mountain, this house has it all. Great kitchen, ski in/ski out (which was awesome this time), fireplace for the evening, etc. I highly recommend THIS house. Our host, Amy, is always very communicative, and extremely accommodating (if possible) around checkin and check out. 5 stars!
