The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering for rent this beautiful 42m² flat located in the centre of Mayenne is ideal for 2 people. Located on the 4ᵉ floor, accessible by lift, you can enjoy the fully equipped flat and its large terrace. You have a private, secure parking space in the basement. For your convenience, household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided.

The accommodation comprises
- Large living room with double sofa bed and dining area
- Kitchen area with all the necessary equipment: oven, coffee maker, microwave, hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC
- Balcony with small outdoor table

The house is ideally located in Mayenne, in very pleasant surroundings. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Neighbourhood :
- Ideally located, Le Mancini is right in the town centre, close to all the shops.
- A 3-minute walk from the château and its park.

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 1 vehicle.

- Nearest airport: Rennes airport (106 km), about 1h20 by car

- Bookings for 2 people include the use of the double bed only. If you require or would like 2 separate beds (bed + sofa bed), please specify and a supplement of €40 for the stay will be charged at the time of booking.

- Wifi included in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
