Arizona getaway

We enjoyed our stay in AZ. The house was nice and well furnished. It was a very secure neighborhood. Roger and Sandy are very accommodating hosts. We will sign on with them again!

Wonderful place and location

This house is amazing. Everything about is was as described. It was very clean and well maintained. The communication between the owners and I was quick. They let me know right away there was a problem with the front door but I had no issues at all going through the garage. The kitchen had plenty of accommodations. I would stay here in a heartbeat. The only thing that I would have changed is the master bathroom shower could have been a little cleaner around the base with some caulking.

Cases Grande graduation visit

The house was spacious and pretty well equipped with linens, appliances, cleaning supplies etc. Nice quiet neighborhood and located fairly close to the community pool. This property would work well for a family with three kids. Fenced in back yard. The only issues we had was the grill was dirty and my husband had to do a lot of scrapping and cleaning before he could use it. We had issues with the TV/streaming. We kept losing connection. An instructional sheet explaining the WI-Fi and TV set up would have been helpful. Other than those easily remedied two issues, we would recommend this property.

Home away home

We rented this house in Casa Grande for 6 weeks which was in an excellent location. The house was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a large office/den. There were great TV's throughout the house and convenient access to a lovely swimming pool. The hosts were very attentive when needed. This house is also located close to shopping and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Overall Disappointment

Property not as listed. Clearly listed as 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom, which is why I selected this property. It only has 2 bathrooms. Appliances, Dryer Stovetop and Gas grill below average.. Also could have been stocked better with basic supplies. However it is in a good location and a quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. Plenty of space for a family of 5! We enjoyed eating out on the patio and the short walk to the neighborhood pool was a huge highlight for the kids.

Very Comfortable Home

We truly enjoyed our stay, it had everything we needed for our five week stay. We walked daily and enjoyed the neighborhood. It was convent to the stores and restaurants. Thank you for making our first time visit to Casa Grande a success!

Nice place

Everything was as promised. Very pleasant. Would be nice to have Netflix in the living room, not just bedroom. Bedroom ceiling fan needs to be balanced. It’s gonna fall down and makes clanking noise because it swings around.

Celebrated 49 years married (photo) Our children are grown and have families of their own (5 grandkids) We have 4 furnished homes in Chandler, Maricopa and this one in Casa Grande, plus other unfurnished ones. Sandy is a Realtor and property manager. Roger is in sales and we spend many weekends improving and updating our homes. Both our children have followed our lead and have invested in rental homes.

This home is nicely furnished with all the extras. Shaded covered patio in back with BBQ grill and room for dining and relaxing. Community pool is heated March- December and just a half block away. There's also a heated spa. It's on a quiet street with well kept yards and friendly folks. Casa Grande is a bedroom community, positioned between Tucson and Phoenix with many restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and "cheap" gas..
