Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.

The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor, soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby's Mini Mart. First this place was very deciving showing pool and having that it was not open below the booking button thst was decixing !! Next fan in the bedroom does not work, next cut my finger on a sppon with jagged edges while washing dishes this went directly in garbage. We stayed 35 nights oh also no broom no CanopenerWalls all gross by the oven doorways no trim on some areas no coffee table! Memorial trip for mom

We stayed in the condo for a memorial trip for my mother. She was from Hawaii so we had her memorial service there. The condo is in a great location, really nice stocked kitchen. The view is amazing of Diamond Head. We had a great stay and definitely would stay again!

Amazing Diamond Head View

We stayed from June 4th-10th 2025. View of Diamondhead is spot on as in the photos. The furniture and wooden floor are misrepresented from what was posted. The only 2 things that stood out as disappointments was the gray carpet that looked disgusting and the way they have the A/C setup. The water drains onto the balcony and makes a little pool. Other than those issue the apt was great, location, and FREE parking. If the owner addressed the flooring and the A/C this place is an easy 5 stars. One tip for the owner, get a stand up fan to blow the A/C into the bedroom. I would stay here again if the issues were fixed.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE

Nothing like the picture. The place is old, with rusted shower bar, ripped curtains, faded carpet and moldy smell. Trip to paradise became a trip to hell. The place was old and not maintained well. Only one Air Conditioning unit for the whole place, which was also dirty and old. Don't waste your money staying here and avoid KOKO Resort owned properties.

Overall, the room itself was okay and the folks responding to my calls were good. When I called, I received the assistance I needed. Upon arrival, the door code did not work. I called and was provided a "default" code to use for our stay. Was gratified that I could get into the room I prepaid for. The parking pass was not on the counter as promised. As a result, I had to pay $35 for a day of parking out of pocket. However, the pass was delivered by being slid under the door the next day, on July 4. I was impressed that this was done timely and am grateful to whomever delivered on a holiday. The air conditioner was subpar - it leaked copiously and when I called to report that, was advised to turn it off when we were not in the room. We followed this suggestion, however, that meant that the room was very hot and muggy when we returned to it from our adventures. Didn't sleep well as a result. The coffee maker needs replaced - does not turn off unless unplugged. Thank goodness there was still liquid in the pot when I turned it off! When we returned from the beach, we found the coffee in the pot simmering and low - the carafe was extremely hot to the touch. On the plus side, every interaction I had over the phone was positive. The folks answering the calls were polite, and personable. I do feel that I was overcharged, given the lack of efficient air conditioning.

Very nice!

Beautiful view and location. NEVER waited for the elevator even though we were on the 30th floor. Bedroom doesn't receive much air conditioning so it was much warmer than the living room and sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, but sleeping on the sofa worked just fine. Overall, very nice place!

Spectacular View!

The Waikiki Banyan is always a lovely place to stay because of the perfect location and amenities, but this suite stands out above the rest because of its absolutely stunning view and beautiful sunny balcony! Beds and pillows in bedroom were very comfortable and there were warm blankets for cool nights. Very nice shower and everything we needed in the kitchen. Only complaint is that the mattress in the pullout couch in the living room really needs to be replaced - it is all springs at this point and uncomfortable.

Good location but needs updating

The location is good and the unit has a nice view of Diamond Head and the ocean. Easy walk to the beach. The unit was tired and could use some updating. The sofa/chair was uncomfortable, the carpet was dirty, and the drapes could stand to be changed.
