Perfect little cottage!!!!

What a PERFECT little cottage for just me!!! I was working a short term contract in St. Petersburg and needed a studio style accommodations and this fit the bill perfectly!!!! Clean and comfortable and the kitchen area had everything I needed. Very private in a quiet neighborhood. Mary was a great host and was very accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend this "Cozy Cottage"!!!!!

perfect hideaway

The studio is in a wonderful location, beautiful neighborhood. Easy access to St. Petersburg and all that it has to offer . I would go there for the day and come home to a calm, relaxing environment. Hostess Mary was lovely and always available to answer any questions.

Perfect studio for one.

Very comfortable stay with Mary Dawn as a most welcoming host. All amenities were excellent with even an integrated heater for those colder days in January.

My Healing Retreat

Serene and great location

Serenity Cottage was perfect for me as a solo female traveler. Tucked away in a safe tropical backyard, I was more than pleased. Grand comfortable bed. Location perfect.... just a few short miles to artsy, foodie St. Petersburg. I’ll be back!

Happily living in my own home in this gorgeous, peaceful neighborhood, I am a retired college professor and occasional spiritual teacher who loves to make friends with my interesting guests. I'm happy to provide dining suggestions and tips about the St Pete area, or just stay out of your way. I also love to write, and I am inspired to work in my green and lush backyard, plus a veg bed, and rose garden. Mostly, I love to walk my friendly little dog, Lina, on the brick streets around Lake Pasadena where we meet wood storks, Canada geese, ibis, herons, eagles, cormorants, coots, ducks, sea gulls, turtles and plenty of friendly neighbors! I chose my home because of the beautiful, shady, peaceful and safe neighborhood with the natural lake just 2 blocks away. It's important to me to feel safe even while walking outdoors at night, and this place fits the bill perfectly. I bought my home in 2012 and built the cottage in 2013 to my own personal specifications for the fun of meeting interesting people who care to visit this slice of paradise.
