We loved Pelican Nest - it's a home from home!

We visit Anna Maria Island several times a year and were thrilled to find Pelican Nest, a property we’ve rented before, was available again.Pelican Nest is a beautifully furnished, three-bedroom, three-bathroom luxury home in a quiet residential area. In addition to its spacious open-plan living area, it features a screened-in first-floor outdoor seating area—perfect for relaxing in the evening. The property also boasts a generously sized heated pool and plenty of privacy, making it an ideal getaway. Plus, it's within walking distance to Pine Avenue, where you’ll find a selection of charming shops, restaurants and the beach.The team at AMI was incredibly helpful, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. We will certainly rent from them again in the future!

Perfect two week stay!

We loved our entire stay at this beautiful house! An easy 1 & a half block walk to the nearest beach, the house was beautifully outfitted and very comfortable in addition to a large screened porch with comfortable sofa, table and chairs overlooking the beautiful pool area and the canal. We’ll definitely reserve this home again & truly look forward to our next stay at Pelican’s Roost soon. Barb & Roger Georgia

Great but expected better

The home is beautiful and loved the pool benches and layout and the lounge chairs. They said it was heated but it hardly got warm at night, would've enjoyed a night swim. There's a smell when you walk in that is musty and mossy. Got a candle to help. Was met with ants in the kitchen all week even after getting ant bait traps and cockroaches in the bathrooms. The furniture definitely needs an upgrade and for a multi million dollar house they could at least give you a somewhat comfortable bed? Loved the canal view and privacy and being in the pool during the day but those rock hard beds with scratchy cheap sheets will not make us go back..you dreaded having to sleep in them every night. Was such a disappointment. The communication with the management was immediate but they never said if something got done until I asked.

Fabulous home.

It is not typical of us to write reviews, but this wonders property deserves it. After having to leave a house because of numerous unaddressed issues, we were fortunate enough to find this beautiful place last minute. The house is noticeably well maintained, has top of the line furnishings and is incredibly clean, bright and airy. It is located on a canal in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful sunset views. We are very grateful for our time here. The Radley Family

Peacefully Perfect Stay at Pelican’s Nest

This property was the perfect location for a fun filled week! Views were unmatched; paddle boarding mornings watching the sunrise on the canal and cooking locally caught seafood in the beautiful kitchen while watching the sunset was magical! Pool was the perfect size for a full family and the property was wonderfully manicured. Biking distance to everything and especially nice to come back to a quiet location to relax and recharge. This home made our first trip to AMI spectacular.

Quietly in the heart of everything!

This amazing property was perfect for our family of 6 with something for everyone. The pool and second floor screened porch were favorite spots for gathering and relaxing. Loved the location, with easy access to different beaches, Pine Street shopping and restaurants, and the two piers!
