We wanted a view of the ocean and this location was perfect. Beach was empty because it is January. Shells were easy to find on the beach because there was no competition.

This property has incredible views. It is the perfect getaway spot for a couple. The condo is clean, comfortable and close to restaurants, shopping and the fishing pier. The hosts are friendly and accommodating.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and had a great time! The balcony was definitely our favorite part of the room but everything else was great too. Very clean and comfy! The pier is a short walk from the room. We had lunch there and had a great time. We were close to everything we needed; golf and boating were all a very easy drive to get to. The view of the intercostal every time we left the room was breathtaking. I felt very safe there with the added security to get to the elevator. Would absolutely stay again!

As others noted, the building is a little aged but inside the property is nicely updated and clean. This property was booked for working remotely (with a fantastic view) instead of a vacation and it served our needs extremely well and the wi-fi worked great.

Beyond impressed doesn’t begin to cover it! The French Quarter is beautiful, well maintained and just overall lovely! The listing is very accurate we couldn’t be happier with our stay!! Property as described all amenities that you could wish for. Enjoyed location and cleanliness. Owner always available for any questions with prompt answers.Recommendations: Full length mirror for the ladies, bedroom area carpet at foot of bed needs anti skid mat underneath almost slipped twice when carpet slid on tile. Beautiful condo!

This property is exactly as shown in photos! It has been beautifully updated throughout and has all the necessities you could possibly need. We were thrilled beach chairs and an umbrella were provided so there was no added cost of renting daily. This condo is in the perfect location. The beach area was much less crowded and everything you needed was at your fingertips…shopping, restaurants, etc. We will definitely be staying here again and thank you so much to the gracious hosts!

Amazing Condo with Amazing views!!

We found this little condo a few years ago & now we come back at least twice a year to stay & enjoy the views & the comforts that it provides! Beautiful ocean view from the Balcony & gorgeous marsh views from the front door.

This is our new favorite place at our new favorite beach! This place is great! Exactly as described! I used to come to the Myrtle Beach area every year as a kid. So at one point it became natural for me to invest in a property where I could visit with my own kids and offer my property for others to enjoy to! I love being a host and making sure that my guests enjoy not only the area as much as I do but also feel at home in my property. I have guests that have been staying at my units since the very beginning and are returning up to 3 times a year. For them and all new guests, I love making small updates here and there and surprising people with little details. I choose this property for its location, its amazing ocean view and access, its proximity to all attractions but at the same time the quietness of its beach (it's a little bit more busy in July and August but the beach is still not over crowded).

Ample parking space with secure access to elevators, non-smoking building, pool located on 4th floor with great view of the ocean, lighted pathway to the beach for night strolls, close to the Prince Resort Pier, its restaurant, ice cream parlor and fishing.
