I used to come to the Myrtle Beach area every year as a kid. So at one point it became natural for me to invest in a property where I could visit with my own kids and offer my property for others to enjoy to! I choose this property for its location, its amazing ocean view and access, its proximity to all attractions but at the same time the quietness of its beach (it's a little bit more busy in July and August but the beach is still not over crowded).

Ample parking space with secure access to elevators, non-smoking building, pool located on 4th floor with great view of the ocean, lighted pathway to the beach for night strolls, close to the Prince Resort Pier, its restaurant, ice cream parlor and fishing.
