1 shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC -
1 bedroom with double bed in 180cm for 2 persons (2 beds 90cms) with duvet and TV, overlooking the terrace with small SEA VIEW -
On the first floor:
1 mezzanine overlooking wooden terrace SEA VIEW with sofa, TV, consoles Playstation PS3, PS4 and games, DVD player Blueray -
1 room with 2 beds for 1 person
Free WIFI. Enclosed garden. Garden furniture and barbecue. Electric heating. Parking space. Washing machine. Dryer. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival : tourist tax, animal supplement (1 small dog allowed), security deposit by credit card and, optionally, services (sheets, final cleaning, etc.).
Rental bi-weekly for the first 3 weeks of August, other weekly periods.

Très belle maison Très bien située Très bien équipéeSeuls points négatifs :- Les lits du rez-de-chaussée sont peu confortables.- Le pied du parasol est fixe (utilisable uniquement midi, donc impossible en fin d'après-midi, ce qui était dommage).Propreté correcte, bien que certains endroits auraient mérité un nettoyage plus approfondi.

très belle maison, bien située mais accueil décevant

La maison est très jolie, bien située , parfaitement équipée , vraiment proche de la mer. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. Seule ombre au tableau , l'agence immobilière qui gère le bien : je me suis fait livrer un colis qui m'était nécessaire pendant mon séjour , ce colis a - été déposé par le livreur dans la boîte aux lettres - nous n'avions pas la clef. L'agence - injoignable - n'a jamais donné suite à mes demandes , mails et appels. Après plus de 2 mois, j'abandonne mes relances mais je prends note du peu de considération de l'agence de Trégastel pour les occupants de cette location.

Bonjour, nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas reçu votre colis. Effectivement, les locataires saisonniers et notre agence ne disposent pas des clés de boîte aux lettres des logements. Nous vous confirmons que nous avons bien demandé aux propriétaires de la maison qui nous ont affirmé n'avoir pas reçu de colis dans leur boîte aux lettres. Bien cordialement.
