Great family vacation!

The house was exactly as expected! Everything was clean which is extremely important to us. Everything you would need was provided. THE OUTDOOR SHOWER WAS AMAZING!! The best part about the home! Utilize the linen service..it makes life a little easier Our teenage kids loved being able to walk to Dunkin, Nana's, Crazy Burger and Cool Beans for ACAI bowls. Tip...when going to the beach..I would drop everyone off with the stuff then go back and park the car at the house. It was a short 7 minute walk back to the beach. Also, surf lessons at the beach were awesome..our 13 year old is hooked!

Great location walk to restaurants and the beach

Great spot but, construction right next door, and across the street made it impossible to sleep past 7:30 in the morning. It would have been nice to be alerted about this ahead of our arrival. We were told that we could get 10% off our booking for next year.

Narragansett vaca

Great location for a Narragansett vacation. Short walk to beach, sea wall and restaurants. Great house for six adults and the one baby who stayed there. The living room furniture was really comfortable and pretty much everyone had a place to sit. Air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately when we were there to check in, the cleaning people had been running late and we walked into the house that hadn’t been clean yet. It was a bit of a turn off. My few suggestions Would be to get rid of that navy blue rug in the living room. Everything shows up on it. Felt the need to Vacuum it every day. There’s obviously nothing that you can do with the dark kitchen and hallway tile that also shows up everything but I would also put indoor outdoor rugs outside and inside French door to prevent Grass and sand From being tracked in. Just one other suggestion to owners of this rental, take a quick run through the property before renters get there. Bring a container of sanitizing wipes and wipe off any marks or fingerprints on the walls in areas around door handles and maybe baseboards. I think this is something that most cleaning people would miss him probably do not have time to do it. Most people wouldn’t even notice it but if they are anything like me They will. We did have a wonderful day

A gem in walking distance to beach and good restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is exactly as described and had many small conveniences available. Walking to Narragansett Beach a huge plus. The only comment would be the lighting for the outside was not working so it was quite dark on the patio and the back yard after dark. Otherwise- perfect stay! We would absolutely return to this house. Thank you.

Truly a Dream Come True

My husband and I stayed at 115 Boon Street with our three children the week we were married. It was the most perfect spot for us!! It was close to everything, our venue (The Towers), the hotel our guests were staying at (Aqua Blue), and of course the beaches!! My bridesmaids and I spent the morning getting ready in the home and it was beautiful!! Open, bright, and airy! It had the most beautiful natural light throughout the house! The home owners and the realty company were both great to work with and the house had absolutely everything we needed for our extended stay! We absolutely loved our stay here and have fallen in love with Narragansett. We can't wait to return!!
