Sprawling ranch on private, half acre lot. Spacious, open floor plan with gleaming hardwood floors and lots of sun! The main level offers three bedrooms and one full bath, with a living room and additional family room with futon. All three bedrooms have window a/c units and fans. Walk out lower level has additional sleeping accommodations (futon and queen sized bed) as well as a full bathroom. TVs are provided in both upstairs living areas, as well as the lower level.

Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum, and a four-night minimum in early June. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
