Walk out lower level has additional sleeping accommodations (futon and queen sized bed) as well as a full bathroom. TVs are provided in both upstairs living areas, as well as the lower level.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
