2 Queen Bedroom Standard Double with Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balcony and a panoramic 180degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you (jumped of the balcony0 you would land in it ((not recommended)). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Exceptional View of Ocean!

Amazing views of ocean & the full moon last night! Our King sized room was spacious and quite roomy. Enjoyed our 1st visit to Topsail & hope to return. Remember to bring your own coffee & mugs - coffee maker provided but we forgot supplies. Can't beat this location if you want beachfront!

Short beach trip

My husband and I visited the SeaVista for a quick trip to the beach with our two dogs. Being able to bring the dogs was awesome- we were so happy about that and the boys loved the beach! Overall we were quite happy with our room- it had everything we needed (even a dog relief area complete with poop bags) and while it was an older motel it was very clean. The screen door to our room didn’t slide very well... or really at all but other than that we were quite happy with our stay. Would totally visit again!

Updates in progress

Nice overall but could tell they are renovating. Exterior motel lacks something but rooms were nice and can’t beat the ocean front rooms.
