1 King Standard Bedroom with Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you (jumped of the balcony you would land in it ((not recommended)). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

The Sea Vista Motel is a old style favorite of Topsail Island...a simple, drama free no-frills way to enjoy the beach. We provide everything you need, A Comfy Bed, Warm Blankets, Towels and Linens, as well as high-Speed Wi-Fi and 160 channels of nonsense that you can watch on the TV....we also provide a 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean, with stunning Sunrises and Sunsets every day included "On the House. "The Sea vista Motel" is DOG Friendly and one of the few remaining places on the East Coast where you can bring your best friend along with you.
