The room did what I needed it to do I guess (provided a place to sleep), but there were several issues. The biggest was there were still clothes in the dresser from guests before me, which means the suite was NOT cleaned thoroughly. The sheets on the pull out couch were also old and dirty. I asked the front desk to send someone to remove the items and they said they would, but no one ever did and the clothes stayed in the dresser for my entire stay. The bathroom had no fan. We hadn’t had housekeeping at all by day 3, so we asked if someone could come by. We were told that the list for housekeeping that day was already maxed out, but if someone had time they would come. Trash had been piling up in our room for days so we finally put it outside in the hallway for pickup. We received no new towels during our four day stay. The construction was happening on the floor immediately above ours, which seems like poor planning. This property was advertised as a privately owned condo type room, but it was a very basic hotel. There was a mall and Pappdeaux restaurant very close by. The bedroom/bathroom were cramped and hard to move around.
