This unit was clean. I loved the open layout and the view from the balcony. Everything was well taken care of with many kitchen appliances available. The location is a huge plus - close to restaurants, shops and right not far from Walmart.

Fantastic family vacay!

The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We brought two adults and 5 kids and were able to prepare meals in the room when desired. We enjoyed every bit of our trip. *Pro tips* 1)Pre-order Walmart pickup for the day you arrive and save time getting groceries. We were in and out in 5 minutes; 2) unload luggage on floor 9 before going to park to avoid waiting for the elevator.

PCB- Best view

We had a great time. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The unit stayed cool. Fits 8 comfortably. The view from the balcony is beautiful! We loved the pool, great for ALL ages. It was hard to find chairs so keep that in mind/ Good location in relation to elevators and beach/pool access. It was busy but still enjoyable. Walking distance to groceries, gas station and other stores. Parking is tight but not unmanageable. I suggest a luggage cart, unload in the morning or late in the evening. Pack some easy bags that are not heavy. Full transparency, the elevators were challenging during peak hours. The stairs are open BUT very hot with no air circulation. Regardless of the elevators, Highly recommend this host and condo! We will be back

We loved it!

The floorplan was perfect for our us and our friends with the 2 private bathrooms! The kitchen is well equipped and the furnishings made us feel at home! We loved the communication before, during, and after our stay!

Great location

We stayed here while in town for the Ironman race and the condo was just what we needed. With a designated parking spot in the garage, beachfront access at the resort and the pool, the kids had a great time.

Excellent Location

The place was clean, spacious and incredible views of the ocean. If you don't like folks all around you this isn't the spot for you, but with a 16 yo daughter and her friend this was perfect. The place is well staffed and ran we had everything we needed. Perfect Spring Break getaway!!!

Had my family of 4 and grandparents start with plenty of room for us. The location couldn’t be any better with plenty of things nearby even including the grocery store for any needs. Would book again! Thanks for letting us stay at your place!

Beautiful View!!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation!!! The Condo was amazing…it was a great size for two couples with space to spare. We would definitely stay here again, very clean and Kelly was a great host. The view was breathtaking🏖 Cannot wait to go back!!!!!!!

We came for our twins senior sbring break. We had a blast. The room waa very nice and clean. Plenty to keep us busy around town. Only wish there was a safe in the room. That would be my o ly complaint about the room.

Beautiful condo on the Beach

We had a great week in Panama City Beach. This condo has amazing views and steps from the beach. The weather cooperated and we were able to relax by the pool. We were disappointed that the large pool is not heated. The condo had everything we needed and accommodations were great for our family of 4.

As advertised.

The fitness centre and the indoor pool are very basic. (But we hardly worked out anyway, and it was chilly even for indoor swimming--so even though the pool itself and the enclosure were very pleasantly warm, we didn't want to shiver upon exiting.) All in all, the accommodations are very comfortable, clean and visually pleasing. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the location is super convenient--close to all kinds of restos, groceries and services. We would stay again without hesitation.

Vacay

The condo itself was very nice. It was decorated nice and beachy. It was comfortable and was great for our vacation week at the beach. The actual property/main building needs some updating and painting. The corridors felt dirty and dated. The pool area was nice but many chairs need to be replaced. Staff removed towels from chairs while people were in the pool causing people to lose their chairs.

Wonderful property!

The condo was great very clean and a good amount of starter supplies. The resort itself was great the security is enforced so make sure u have ur arm band on at all times . We didn't have any issues that needed addressing but farrah was very responsive and made sure we felt welcome and knew we could contact her. We added on a night at beginning of our trip and it was a very easy process. We plan to come back asap! I was a little worried bc some of the reviews I seen on the resort itself weren't so great but we didn't have any issues it got a little loud one night but other than that it was quiet. The staff at the resort were helpful as well.

Short review

The condo was very nice, and clean. The resort has arm bands that did not come with the condo. You have to purchase the armbands in addition and that was not made clear during the reservation or before after. The location as fast as on the beach was amazing but the neighborhood was a little abandoned and ran down. It’s nice that there is a Walmart close by and other stores and restaurants. The indoor pool and hot tub area needed remodeling if I was going to be picky, but the outdoor pool area was amazing!

Great off season stay

Overall this property was great. It has a gorgeous view, clean and was just as described. A few things that I would improve: 1) sheets were like sandpaper from overuse. Very uncomfortable. These need to be replaced immediately. 2) the AC would not cool the condo down all the way and we were there for thanksgiving when the high was 60. I can’t imagine during the heat of summer. 3) there were a total of 4 forks available. Plenty of spoons and knives but clearly forks are making an escape. 4) Even though the condo is listed for 8 people. We were only given 6 towels for the entire 5 night stay. 5) elevator was slow even with very few people there. Again, I can’t imagine during peak season. Worked well for us for what we needed

Very Nice Condo

The condo was very clean and looked exactly like photos. There were a few toiletries and a roll of TP in each bathroom to get you started but bring extra for extended stays. We didn’t cook any meals, but the kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, etc. for those who prefer to eat in. We never could figure out how to turn on the light in the living room without running the fan too since there wasn’t a pull cord to turn it off, and there was a wall sconce that was on and we never found a switch to turn it off. Just a little quirkiness but not a real problem. The balcony was very nice – large with a great view, a couple bistro tables, and one lounger. On a couple evenings we enjoyed the weather and played cards on the balcony. The only complaint about the balcony is the lights are amber and very dim, but I think that is a building requirement since the surrounding condos had very dim amber or red lights. If you plan to be out at night and want to read or play games, bring a portable lantern or flashlight. We received the gate and door codes from the host prior to arrival so all we had to do was park and unload. We were very grateful to have an assigned spot on the 2nd floor of the parking garage because the lanes through the garage are narrow with blind corners. Be aware that the parking spot is next to a support pillar, which makes it difficult to see other drivers. I recommend backing in because some of the other guests come through at excessive speeds. The downside to parking on the 2nd floor is having to either take the elevator or climb 7 flights of stairs to reach the condo. There can be a long (5-10 minute) wait for an elevator, especially during the afternoon and early evening. The wait is probably longer during spring break or summer when condos are fully occupied. The pool is very large with lots of loungers and tables. We never had a problem getting a chair near the pool. Be aware that the staff is extremely diligent about removing towels or bags left in the chairs. You couldn’t leave for 5 minutes to use the bathroom, buy a snack, or take a dip in the pool without one of them taking your things. If you get up, make sure someone in your group stays. Unfortunately, the staff was not very diligent about removing trash. Some guests left food containers and drink cups on tables or by chairs that were still there the next day. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. The condo and surrounding area offer plenty of activities.
