Wonderful property! We came to Phoenix for the birth of my friend’s grandson. Although the home was a little farther away than we initially expected, it was absolutely worth the drive. The property was beautiful and welcoming, with exceptionally comfortable beds and linens, a wonderful pool, and a well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. Communication during the booking process was excellent, which made everything easy from the beginning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property!

Made arrangements to rent this property based on its proximity to hospital where my husband was to have surgery, the advertised amenities (mainly the pool), and the price. On the second day of our stay, we received an email saying the pool would be closed for maintenance for an unknown duration of time. Very disappointing, as not having use of a pool in August in Phoenix was not what we signed up for. (It was closed for the remainder of our stay.) However, reparations were made after our stay to reimburse us for that inconvenience. The unit itself is very nice and we appreciated being in a ground floor unit in a gated complex.

Thank you for your review, and we’re glad you enjoyed the condo, ground-floor location, and gated community. We completely understand your disappointment with the pool closure, especially during August in Phoenix; unfortunately, the HOA controls the pool and its maintenance schedule, including how far in advance closure notices are provided, and we notified you as soon as we received the information. We’re glad we were able to provide compensation for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding and feedback.
