Come relax in this friendly & beautiful complex!

This is a 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom Split floor plan with a spacious living/dining room with a sliding glass door to the covered patio. Cook your favorite meals in this impeccable kitchen boasting wood cabinets, built-in appliances, granite counters, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast bar.
Don't miss the cozy patio, where you can enjoy sipping your favorite beverage while overlooking the large grassy area of the lovely community and beautiful scenery.
Primary bedroom features King bed, an en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and sliding glass door to the patio.
Second bedroom also has a King bed and the bathroom is just across the hall.

The community pool is heated and there is also a hot tub!
This is a very nice gated complex close to Loop 101 at Indian School Rd on the West side of Phoenix. Only 3 miles from the Dodgers and White Sox Spring Training facility.

Also, only 3 miles from Westgate shopping center and the Cardinals Stadium! Lots of restaurants and shopping to choose from including the Tanger Outlet Mall!

Both bedrooms have King size beds.
Free WiFi and Free wireless internet
Direct TV Stream cable provided for the living room, bedroom has roku

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 4 adults at any time.

The property met our needs- we appreciated the extra linens and the two king-size beds. We did not know that there are no closets or hangers, and considering we were there for a special occasion, we ended up having to pick up hangers and hang our clothes in the laundry room.Certainly not a dealbreaker, but something we would’ve liked to have known in advance

Relaxing place

Nice place felt like home

During our baseball spring training visit, we found the condo convenient to access Camelback and Sloan Park. Following the games, we took advantage of the pool and hot tub facilities. Our group of four enjoyed ample space and mutual comfort. The kitchen was adequately equipped with utensils. Prior to our arrival, the hosts provided us with comprehensive information to ensure a memorable stay.

Excellent Vacation Property

We spent almost a week at this property on a family vacation. It was easy to find and easy to access to food, shopping, and our planned events. We enjoyed the pool and workout area during our stay as well. The workout equipment was adequate but the treadmills and machines could use a little TLC which was not on the the owner at all as it was a community workout area. We appreciated being able to do some type of workout while on vacation. We really enjoyed the pool area and never felt like it was overcrowded. Management company was easily available for questions and concerns. Overall we would come back and stay at this property in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

The property fit what we needed. Was clean and close to Cardinal Stadium. Could use a little maintenance (bathroom floor repair, filters changed, new shower curtains, appliance updates), but we had a very good trip and would stay again.

Perfect for a concert at Talking Stick.

The place was perfect, the hot tub and pool area is so nice. The kitchen is great if you want to cook and they have a grill and outdoor dining area. If we come back to Arizona we will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect “home base” for Spring Training Baseball

Great location with everything we needed for relaxing evenings after spending our days watching baseball. All the basics were provided - all we had to buy was coffee and snacks. Close to all the usual fast food spots as well as some good local eateries. As others have mentioned there were just a couple of occasions where we heard VERY heavy footsteps in the unit above us. Another afternoon, we had someone stop by on the pretense of wanting to know how to rent the room we were in, but in truth wanting to tell us to move a wet poncho we had left to dry on the balcony. An entirely valid point, but the way she went about it just left us all in a bad mood.

Overview

OK property. The kitchen table and chairs are very uncomfortable. Light switch's are hard to find and use, there in unusual locations. Bed and bath are good. The unit above houses very noisy and there is lots of feet stamping on their floor, the unit's ceiling. The noise went onto late in the evening...10:30 to 11 PM. Their stomping on the floor causes sheetrock and construction dust to come out from behind the kitchen cabinets. It coated the gas range. I did clean it up once and the next day the dirt was back. Same in the bathroom. Very close to the Dodgers Camelback stadium. That is a big plus for me.

Arizona Getaway

The condo was furnished nicely, pool area was clean and people were friendly. It was a very nice place, and I know it’s Arizona and you only need heat 10 weeks out of the year but it was not working while we were there. The HVAC guy came a couple days after I brought it to the attention of the property management however he was unable to resolve it while we were there. Fortunately we found a space heater in the closet to help. Otherwise a great week. Ok
