15 km from La Rochelle, in Chatelaillon Plage,

100 m from the beach, on a private, enclosed property, this comfortable house sleeps 8 and includes:

- On the ground floor: a living/dining room with a sofa, flat-screen TV and DVD player, 4G dongle for Wi-Fi access, stereo system, open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher), and a utility room with a washing machine and fridge-freezer.

Upstairs: a landing with a built-in wardrobe leading to two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a shower room, and a separate WC.

In an annex, there is a master suite (bedroom, shower room with WC).

A 9 x 4 m swimming pool with an electric cover. A walled garden with a charcoal barbecue.

Bicycle storage is available in the garage. Parking is available in front of the garage.

The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

Tourist tax is extra: €1.76 per person per day (except for those under 18).

Cleaning is optional: €150.
Linen is optional: €120.

Reservations on our website are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday.

For dates outside of Saturday, short stays, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us.

Check-in is generally from 4 pm to 8 pm, and check-out is from 8 am to 10 am. For arrivals or departures before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies:

A very nice house for vacation

We stayed for two weeks in this house together with another family and we loved it. The house has everything you need for a vacation and is fully equipped. The rooms are very nice and the pool is big and clean and the beautiful, long beach is just 5 minutes away. The village has everything you could wish for and is very charming with nice shops, restaurants, a sales hall and a market some days.

Excellent stay

Good house in excellent location with a great pool, everything needed is there. Had a wonderful family holiday. The bathroom in the annex could do with updating and a better shower is very much needed.

Amazing family holiday. Definitely would come back!

I am never someone to say I would Go back to the same place but this house and area were just perfect! The photos of the house do not give it justice , the house is beautiful and lovely spacious rooms. The shower is nice and powerful. Everything is there for you to use, washing machine , plates, glasses, toaster, kettle, coffee machine , extra chairs , pool toys , bbq, a fan incase it’s super hot , hoover, mop, outdoor shower to rinse off if been at the beach. The pool Is just wow, big enough for a family to enjoy , there is a cleaner hoover inside the pool so it never gets dirty. The area is super quiet and only a few minutes walk to a beautiful sandy beach that goes on for miles , you can walk a 15 minute walk to the market that is there every Tuesday and Friday in the summer and it is huge. Also there is a little fun fair on every night July august with special discount Mondays and Wednesdays. Walking distance also to shops, restaurants and bars. There is a water park nearby although we didn’t even get chance to go. The agency were super nice and answered all our questions quickly. The only downside for us would be waiting until 4pm for the keys as we arrived around 10am but again this is not a big deal. There are some Plug sockets that don’t work in the house so maybe if you wanna plug your phone or turn on a lamp it may not work. Also the week we went was super hot so maybe having air conditioning would be great or a few extra fans ? Definitely coming back next year

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Châtelaillon-Plage. La maison est parfaite pour une famille et l'emplacement est idéal. On peut tout faire sans reprendre la voiture, tout le long du séjour. La piscine est grande, l'aménagement intérieur et extérieur est complet et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le village est très familial et même si la fréquentation est en hausse l'été, on ne s'y sent pas à l'étroit. La plage qui est vraiment très proche, est aussi idéale pour des enfants en bas âge. Un sable qui se prête aux châteaux de sable, très plat, et nettoyé chaque jour.
