Welcome to our Beach Condo!
Enjoy 250' of gorgeous sugar sand frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay in Beach Condominium unit #323. Our condo features a Queen Bed with a Sleeper Sofa, perfect for your guests.
Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a whirlpool tub, a private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Dish Network HD Programming and free Wi-Fi access.
The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely.

Awesome room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying at the Beach Condominiums for the past 40+years. This year prior to our arrival we had to change rooms because of an issue. We were scheduled to stay in 328 after talking with Autumn she recommended condo 323. To say the least we were not disappointed that condo was every bit as nice as our original pick. On top of that Autumn redid our rate because of a black Friday promotion they were offering. Thank You Autumn

Big enough, but nice and cozy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Beach for a weekend for many years now, even though we own a condo just down the way and ours is always booked for the winter. Everything at the Beach is always in great condition and clean. Needs drapes at bedroom window. The blinds let the outside lighting come in. No dish towel in kitchen area.

The host was amazing. Condo clean and accommodating. Only two things were a bother to me, outside of condo was full of cobwebs and bugs. All around the building it was this way. I’m not sure that was the host’s responsibility, so I don’t hold that against them. The property manager should do better in the cleaning department. Second issue was the cleaning lady. Well cleaning young lady. We were a bit late on check out, which the host was aware and gave us extra time. Cleaning crew knocked in door, no hello or how are you….. Nothing friendly…. Just you have to be out of here now it’s 10:00am. Not friendly at all. I understand she was there to do her job. That was not the issue. The issue was her greeting and tone. Again nothing the host can control. Other than those things, we had an amazing experience and will book again for next year. Thanks again. We had a wonderful time and will see you next year.
