Welcome to our Beach Condo!
Enjoy 250' of gorgeous sugar sand frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay in Beach Condominium unit 214. Our condo features a King Bed with a Sofa Sleeper, perfect for your guests.

Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, standup shower, private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Spectrum TV service and free Wi-Fi access.

The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely. Visit our website to book directly and save on fees and rates. Northern Michigan Escapes is located in Boyne City, Michigan.

Lovely and convenient location
We enjoyed our stay and the property. This is a great location and a very nice property. However, Michigan summer = lots of bug action. We spent the first bit there cleaning out bugs and bug debris. It would be nice if some effort was made to control & clean the balcony and sliding door area of spiders and other bugs. Overall I would absolutely stay again (but bring my Thermacell for bug control). I do highly recommend this property.

Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived in unit 214, the blind that was by the dining table was broken and the air conditioner was making a very horrible loud noise! I immediately called Autumn, the property manger who is absolutely fantastic, and she called the maintenance man to install a new blind and the air conditioner repairman. . The next day a new blind had been installed and the air conditioner fixed! We really like this unit as the kitchen and bathroom have been nicely remodeled and the balcony overlooks Grand Traverse Bay. However, the owners of this condo definitely needs to replace the very uncomfortable sofa, wonky dining table, and straggly looking area rug! We plan on staying in unit 214 next year.

Comfortable Condo with Fantastic View

Although the email confirming my reservation said I'd be sent the door code before 4 PM, when my plane landed at 6 PM, there was no message. A call to Michigan Escapes was answered and they promptly texted the door code.Although the condo was great, there were a few minor things that would've made it better:When we arrived, the first thing my wife wanted to do was hang up her clothes to remove wrinkles, but we found no (zero) hangers in the closet.We were staying there for a week and had to empty the garbage several times, but there were no additional garbage bags in the kitchen.The condo supplied one tiny bar of bath soap, totally insufficient for two people staying for a week.The hardwood floors could've been swept/mopped better. I found the first night after walking in bare feet to the living room to turn off the lights that I had to brush off the bottom of my feet before getting into bed. But, all in all, the condo was clean and well equipped. The coffeemaker worked well (an essential requirement). The kitchen was well stocked with essential plates, glasses, utensils, etc. And the location, right on the beach, was amazing.

The view was awesome. The location was close to bars, restaurants, and shopping. The beach was clean and a nice plus. We would come back
We had a great time and would stay here again. Beautiful view, clean and nice location :) The refrigerator/freezer shut down and we had to buy ice (and my ice cream melted) but get that fixed and the place was awesome :)
