Fantastic Family Stay!

We had an incredible visit with 10 family members, and the house was perfect in every way. The home was well-stocked, and the detailed information provided made it easy to navigate both the house and the surrounding area. Lori, the owner, was exceptionally responsive whenever we had any questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The online photos truly don't do this home justice—the layout was spacious and comfortable, and it never felt crowded despite our large group. With two sets of washers and dryers and plenty of supplies, it made everything so convenient. The location is unbeatable, on a quiet street with easy access to everything. We even enjoyed a peaceful backyard view with deer sightings in the open field behind the house. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

Excellent house in a great area

This was one of the most well-stocked and nicest vacation rentals we’ve had! Communication with Lori was great. We spent a lot of time on the back patio. It was too cold to use the pool this trip, but it was beautiful. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Amazing house!

My wife (+kids) and I just hosted my in laws from AZ for thanksgiving. We absolutely LOVED this house. Tons of space and beautiful design. Open kitchen with a huge island off the living room. 14 foot dining/farmers table. This house is perfect for hosting a holiday or dinner party. Super stylish with a Ralph Lauren feel to it. Also great yard and amazing views. Can’t wait to go back!

AMAZING HOUSE AND LOCATION

Amazing house!! Lori was the most welcoming and accomodating host. The house was fully stocked with everything you can think of. It was spotless inside and outside. The decor was gorgeous. The pool was brand new, clean and heated. The views are beautiful. We enjoyed the firepit during our cool nights. We played basketball. We had 14 people at some points during our stay and we all slept comfortably. Our kids ages ranged from 2-22. They never wanted to leave! The house was so spacious and the rooms are spread out so nicely. The basement had a pool table and a movie theater feel. The house was centrally located to shops, restaurants and beaches. We can't wait to go back!!!

Bachelorette Party in the Hamptons

What a great house! There were nine girls for our trip and we had the absolute best time. The house was fully stocked with anything you could have needed. The outdoor area was so beautiful with the pool and the outdoor seating area and we were very luck to have great weather. It was very centrally located to local vineyards the beach and plenty of restaurants, although we actually rarely left. I would definitely rent this place again.

Dream House

This was first trip to the Hamptons and I throughly enjoyed myself! Lori gave invaluable recommendations on how to travel to the Hamptons, things to do in the area and was a great resource months before I was scheduled to arrive. Once at the property, I never wanted to leave! Everything was perfect from the check in process to checking out. The home is beautifully decorated and was designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind. This house is perfect for a family getaway, couples getaway or a girls trip! Lori thought of the big and small things (soap, pantry staples, etc) that may the stay incredible. I will return often!

I grew up as a local in Southampton and attended Villanova University, but I married Mike and we have lived in California for all of our married life (31 years). We always dreamed of building a home in Southampton and in 2016, Mike and I completed our first all new construction on Sebonac Rd. The reviews have been tremendous and we have many wonderful repeat renters. It has also been a blessing to see my 5 siblings and their families (and my boys' 18 cousins) during our visits. I had the "bug" to do it again, so when this property just down the road became available, we couldn't pass it up. The orientation was the same as our first build and we loved the way the sun hit our first property and especially the back yard and pool area. Sunsets are spectacular as well. We were able to get our same builder, Paul Ramunno, to join us once again and we couldn't be happier with the results! Hope you love it as much as we do!

Our proximity to some of the best golf courses in the world is a huge bonus. Bike rides to the bay and shopping in the village are all within just minutes. Shinnecock Hills is less than a mile down the road for those lucky enough to get an invite.
