This is a nice apartment, right across the street for Monastiraki Square with easy access to the Metro and HopOn/HopOff Bus, but you can walk to many attractions. The front bedroom is on busy Ermou St. and you hear the car/bus/pedestrian noise all night long. the A/C in the 2nd BR was so loud we couldn't run it and sleep. There are many very nice restaurants nearby and a convenience store next door.
When we first booked, our "host" was Francee, then it was John and Michael who sent another young man to let us in/ give us the keys. He gave us the name of George who texted the WiFi code and that was the last we had contact w/anyone. I texted "George" the first day to report the coffee maker didn't work and the handle had come off the bathroom door - no response. I'm not sure what the $100 Host fee was for.... There was no info regarding emergency #s. The furnishings are sparse, but adequate. Linens are sparse - no blankets, one bath towel per person, no washcloth/hand towel/bath mat, no dishtowel. We ate out so really didn't use the kitchen but the fridge is nice sized and having a washing machine was great. There is a small elevator as apt is on 2nd floor, it is a tight fit for 3 people w/luggage.
