The host was very responsive. Things seemed fairly clean for the most part. Price was good for the amount of space for us to use. The layout of the house was wonderful. The kitchen was large and spacious. The towels were did not seem like they had been washed recently. There were smudges of toothpaste and dirt on them.

Nice quiet location a 15 min ride into town, 20-30 mins to riding trails. Nice 4 bedroom 2 bath house with great views from 360. Even friendly turkeys across the street.

Close to Dinosaur National Monument. The house was clean and as advertised. The owner was very responsive. The location is very windy and in an industrial area.

Outstanding!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the little extra special touches, like the local dinning guide, made us feel welcomed! Rebecca’s communication was outstanding! She is such a delightful person! We look forward to staying here again someday, and will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family.

Beautiful well cared for property

What a great place to stay. It was lovely and roomy. A/C worked great and kept it cool on hot days. Host was excellent at answering any communications almost instantly. Loved the What to do brochures and the dining guide. Nice outside seating and kitchen had all the tools we needed. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Quiet, beautiful sunsets and perfect location!

What a great home just outside of Vernal toward Dinosaur National Monument. 10 to 15 minutes to Vernal and 15 to the entrance of Dinosaur. Kitchen was well appointed, there is a sitting room as well as a living room with TV, which was nice for those who wanted to watch tv and those who just wanted to chat. The master was spacious with a king bed and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub! The other bedrooms shared one bathroom, which worked fine for us. There’s a deck off the back door and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The area is quiet with a gas station/convenience store as you turn off the highway. There are others staying/living below, but that was not a bother to us at all. I thought the property only had 3 bedrooms but was pleasantly surprised to find four bedrooms upon arrival. We came in the spring a needed bug spray in the morning and at dusk, lots of mosquitoes so be aware of that. I would stay here again!

Very nice stay

We had a great time. The house was a good distance from Dinosaurland and we like being a little outside of Vernal. Cleans property and friendly, helpful property manager. A little more avaliable supplies would have been nice but overall it was a great place to stay.

This property was just as described. Clean 4 bedroom with plenty of space to relax in. Only about 5 minutes from down town.

Lovely house

Nicely decorated, lots of space, great location for Dinosaur National Monument. Away from town and quiet, loved the neighborhood. The owner was great to work with.

Perfect!

Having visited Dinosaur National Monument a few times, I cannot imagine a better base camp to use for accessing the park and the surrounding area! Everything about the home was great and access to the park could not have been easier (outside of camping in the park).

Great stay for a family reunion

This property met all of our expectations for a family reunion. Nice bedrooms, an air conditioner that kept us cool, lovely open areas to visit and a great deck to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Vernal has lots of fun places to visit and great food to eat. We really enjoyed our stay.
