海辺のNazaréにあるCasa Azul（青い家を意味する）は、30年近くの休暇を過ごしてきました。 最近、私たちはそれを改造しています。私たちはそれもあなたのものにしたいからです。
3つのベッドルーム（ダブルベッド2台とクアドラプルベッド1台）、大型で風通しの良いリビングルーム1つ、バスルーム2つ（居心地の良いキッチンと3つのバルコニー）があります。 家全体が大西洋に面しています。青い壁画、海に関連する壁画、簡単な白い壁、パステル調の木製家具など、デコレーションの主なインスピレーションがあります。

Great location!

We stayed in August of 2024. The PROS: 1. THE BEST VIEW!! Can’t beat the location. 2. DESIGNATED PARKING. After having stayed there and seeing what my sister who had an apartment with no designated parking had to go through to find a parking spot, I would never choose a place with no parking! The parking situation was easy and because we had two spots, we fit our large SUV.3. VERY ROOMY. Lots of space in this apartment and two bathrooms. Our family of 5 never felt crowded.The CONS: Check in process was a little weird, one of the keys was not where it was supposed to be and when we reached the first door the knob was not working. The other negative was as others have said, there isn’t great ventilation in the bathroom so there was a little mold. Overall we loved the place and would stay there again!

Nazare beachfront escape

We had a lovely time at this condo. We had some minor issues with finding the condo within the building and unfortunately were greeted with the elevators not working and ga I g to haul all our bags up many flights of stairs. This was eventually repaired the next day. The condo itself is quite beautiful and spacious inside and the best part is the view . Loved siting on the deck watching the sunset and listening to all the antics on the streets. Quite a lively town and was extremely busy on the weekend. The condo had all the amenities we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of restaurants and bars within the area.

Great place on the beach jn Nazare!

Great communication with property owners. Location was perfect on the beach in Nazare within walking distance of the lower part of Nazaré and the funicular to the higher section.

Loved it

We were in nazare for some very windy weather- it was exciting! The apartment has one large balcony overlooking the beach and one of the bedrooms has a balcony. There is also an outdoor sitting area facing the hills behind the building. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment right on the sea. Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable place to stay in Nazare. The sound of the pounding surf was captivating. Would return again! Thank you!

Le point de vue est magnifique et la déco est accrocheuse . Pour le reste, propreté, literie, cuisine, salle de bain et parking laissent vraiment à désirer.Même le gérant de la location a convenu que la cuisine et la salle de bain méritaient un sérieux rafraichissement et que le ménage était un problème. Quant au parking, nous avons dû être fermes pour bénéficier d'une place de parking comme prévu

Great location with some issues.

Overall great location with fantastic ocean view. That is the selling point. Kitchen has limited amenities which made meal prep challenging. For instance, a fully functional coffee maker would be helpful as well as basic kitchen staples. There was salt available but nothing else. Many dishes needed to be washed before use. Someone else mentioned a strange order in the bathroom and that was present. It wasn't anything problematic but noticable. Shades in front room did not close properly so if someone sleeps in living room it gets very bright early in the morning. One air conditioner did not work which was only an issue when first returning to the room. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay here. If a few updates and repairs were to be made this would be much better.

Great Location with Great View

Nazaré offered a different slice of Portugal after our stay in Lisbon. This apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Dining table accommodated our entire party and allowed for fabulous views of beach and ladies selling dried fish. Very comfortable apartment. However, bring extra toilet paper and soap. It’s not a hotel, so it’s not provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Luces y sombras

Luces: es un apartamento muy bien situado, en primera línea de playa, con vistas espectaculares del mar, la montaña y los atardeceres. Plaza de garaje amplia y cómoda. Casa grande, habitaciones espaciosas. Ropa de cama y toallas muy limpias. Tiene una pequeña terraza particular antes de entrar en la casa muy útil para dejar las cosas de la playa. Se proporcionan sombrillas. Disponibilidad y servicialidad de Manuela (nuestro contacto allí). Gestión de reserva con propietarios fue rápida y eficaz. La decoración es muy agradable. Sombras: hay una zona de hinchables para niños muy próxima al apartamento con música muy alta desde las 10 de la mañana hasta la 1 de la madrugada. Esto no sería mayor problema si se cambiaran las ventanas por unas nuevas que aislaran el ruido exterior y el frío. La casa tiene dos puertas. Una accede a la terracita y la otra a la casa. Ambas puertas son muy viejas y poco seguras. Como otro usuario ya ha comentado, la puerta interna tiene un agujero que la atraviesa. Tiene 2 baños muy pequeños, no renovados, anticuados (que no se muestran en las fotos), que sería recomendable actualizar enteros. Los colchones son cómodos pero, al carecer de fundas impermeables, el aspecto que ofrecen es poco higiénico, con manchas.

Schöne Fotos - schlechte Wohnung

In der Beschreibung der Wohnung und auch mit Hilfe der Fotos wird ein falscher Gesamteindruck vermittelt. "Das blaue Haus", in dem sich die Wohnung befinden soll ist ein riesiges Apartmenthaus. Es befindet sich unmittelbar an der lebhaften Strandpromenade, an der tagsüber und bis in den späten Abend hinein reges Treiben und Musik vorherrschen. Die Wohnung ist in einem ungepflegten Zustand, müsste an vielen Stellen dringend renoviert werden. Die beiden Bäder sind winzig, in einem hat noch nicht einmal ein Waschbecken Platz. Dieses befindet sich im Flur. Der Abfluß der einzig akzeptablen Duschmöglichkeit funktioniert nur mangelhaft. Vernünftige Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt es keine. Die Küchenausstattung ist mehr als mangelhaft. Die Einrichtung der Küche und die Kochutensilien sind alt und wenig funktional. Weiterhin verfügt die Wohnung weder über WLAN noch eine Geschirrspülmaschine, was heute sicher Standard ist.Die Wohnung ist für bis zu 6-8 Personen ausgewiesen, die gesamte Ausstattung entspricht dem keineswegs. Der Schlüssel für die Haustür funktionierte nicht, bzw nur zufällig, Betreten des Hauses war meistens nur über die Tiefgarage möglich. Reklamation beim Vermieter blieb ohne Reaktion.

The property and service were just perfect!!!

The appartment is very nice, cleand and friendly planned for bigger companies. It is very well presented via descriptions and pictures and we 2 families had enough space as expected. The location!!!!! - just in front of the beach is amazing and you really feel living on the coast. Joao and his wife were super kind and reactive with their advices and help when we needed. I would definately recommend this appartment for everybody interested!!! Viktorija

Absolutely stunning. Perfect location, close enough, but away from all the crowds.

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Starting with the excellent communication from the hosts, all the way through check out. Was difficult to get two hot showers going at the same time, but no biggie, we just took turns. The location can't be beat. Just a few blocks away from the crowds, but still close enough to be in the action.

Toller Blick auf den Atlantik und Bucht von Nazare

Schöner Ausblick aus dem Appartment, aber außer dem Meeresrauschen der Wellen, auch das der Autos an der Promenade. Das Appartment in einem großen Appartmenthaus mit Tiefgarage ist liebevoll als Ferienwohnung liebevoll eingerichtet, doch auch schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Man kann sich in der großzügig geschnittenen Wohnung wohl fühlen und auch die anderen Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß. Leider gab es noch kein Wifi, welches man heute schon erwartet, auch ist der südliche Teil der Bucht mit den Bausünden der Appartmenthäuser gefüllt.

Ganz nett aber bisschen ungepflegt

Tolle Lage, besser geht eigentlich nicht. Service war seitens des Vermieters absolut o.k. Die Wohnung sollte bisschen mehr gepflegt werden. Ausstattung in der Küche ist eher schlecht. Ein einziges scharfes Messer, der sehr klein ist, ist schon zu wenig, wenig Kochgeschirr. Die Bäder sind auch nicht so ganz ok. Eins kann man kaum benutzen, es riecht sehr extrem aus den Abfluss, das andere hat zwar eine Badewanne, aber Abfluss ist ständig zu. Für eine Woche Urlaub aber ausreichend. Danke an die Leonor.
