Weekend in France - 70th Birthday for friend

The property was beautiful and we totally loved our stay. My friend spoke French, which was great as I was not able to communicate otherwise. I would definitely stay at this location again and again and again!

Beautifully renovated old house

We had a lovely week's stay at le Clos de Verger. The property, which has been beautifully renovated, is comfortable and well equipped. It is in a quiet location and we appreciated the garden, where we could sit. It was a great base for exploring the Perche area. The landlady, Laetitia called in to welcome us and give some very helpful tips about the local region. We were reluctant to leave.

Lovely quiet location and roomy Gite.

The Gite has been modernised very well and is well equipped. It is in a very quiet location (except the Church bell, especially at 7am). It is around a 10 minute drive to the nearest Supermarket, although the Leclerc supermarket is further but MUCH better. The interior of the Gite is slightly shabby, and the red paint in the sitting room and dark aubergine paint on the stairs are not great. The automatic light on the stairs is really annoying at night if one person gets up. Great bathroom is upstairs and WC downstairs. Very roomy for up to 4 people with a nice private garden and parking directly outside.

A Much Needed Break

We have had an amazing week. The hostess was both reactive and engaging, no question to big or to small. From the outset, we were cared for. The house is a beautiful home set in a beautiful, friendly and delightful part of Normandy. Once the local routine established, shops open/shut, locations of markets established it was a wonderful seven days. Great walks, historic visits, cycle rides...amazing (quiet roads, forest lanes). The market towns a place of fine food and relaxed lunches - inexpensive. Local medical service brilliant and all the towns within a ten minute drive. Maps in the house, a great fire and peace.

Maison très agréable, superbement rénovée, très bien équipée, au calme. Jardin sans vis-à-vis, parfait pour dejeuner sous le soleil. Le plus : la cheminée pour les soirées un peu fraîches.Maison bien située pour découvrir les alentours .

Ruhe und Entspannung

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig, es ließ hervorragend schlafen. Die Region ist sehr reizvoll und nicht überlaufen, im Haus stehen zahlreiche Informationen für Ausflugsziele oder Aktivitäten zur Verfügung. Wer einen Ort zum Abschalten und Auftanken sucht, ist hier an der richtigen Stelle.

Een heerlijk huisje waar je voorzien bent van alle gemakken. Binnen de omgeving genoeg leuke dorpjes en mogelijkheden tot activiteiten. Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt n dit mooie appartement in een rustig dorpje.

Havre de paix

Lieu si douillet qu'il en est très difficile d'en partir. Tout est fait pour y trouver le repos. Le soin et la beauté des installations y font pour beaucoup. Très belle restauration, bravo aux propriétaires.

Tout simplement superbe

La maison de Laëtita est superbe, décorée et meublée avec beaucoup de goût, dans le plus pur style perchois mais modernisée et intégralement refaite. Elle bénéficie de tout le confort. La réalité est encore plus agréable que les photos. Grande salle à manger et salon attenant cosy avec un excellent wifi. Cuisine très bien équipée (il ne manque rien) donnant sur le jardin. Jardin très agréable, fleuri, avec une superbe terrasse où l'on peut petit-déjeuner, déjeuner ou diner ou se reposer sur les transats à disposition. Les chambres sont elles aussi décorées avec énormément de goût et de style, la chambre parentale étant très grande. Bonne literie. Point particulier agréable : le présence de WC tant au rez-de-chaussée que dans la salle de bains à l'étage. Adresse idéale pour visiter le Perche, très proche de Nogent-le-Rotrou et Bellême (à 15 mn en voiture) et même Mortagne (à 30 mn). Parking sans aucun problème sur la grande place juste devant la maison. Excellent accueil personnel de Laëtitia qui vous donnera des conseils sur les visites à effectuer en fonction de vos centres d'intérêts. Il n'y a rien à redire, tout est parfait. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wohlfühlhaus in Abgeschiedenheit

Als erstes muss ich sagen: Eine ganz tolle Vermieterin. Dann: Ein sehr schönes Häuschen, das nett eingerichtet ist und sehr sauber war. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse als abgeschlossener Bereich war sehr schön, da man für sich war. Der Ort ist sehr klein und es ist wirklich nichts los. Aber wir hatten uns das so ausgesucht und waren für die Ruhe sehr dankbar. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und haben etliche Radtouren in die Umgebung gemacht. Fahrradwege gibt es eigentlich keine, aber die Straßen sind hier auch nicht gerade stark befahren. Zum Einkaufen und findet man alles in 10-15 km Entfernung, auch Restaurants.

Een prachtig gerestaureerd huis aan het dorpsplein in Saint-Hilaire-sur-Erre. Het huis is onmiddellijk eigen en vertrouwd. Kon je het maar meenemen naar Nederland...

Séjour pres du mans

Maisson trés jolie et amménagée avec gout. Dommage que le raiseau GSM ne passe pas dans le village, quasiment impossible de passer un appel. Heuresemnt qu'il y a le WIFI. L'adresse donnée n'est pas connu de tous les GPS et n'est pas exactement celle de la maison. Et comme une fois rendu sur place on ne peux plus utiliser le téléphone difficile de trouver le lieu.
