Great location and friendly hosts

We have been going back to Rawcliffe for around 10 years, great accommodation, suitable for a variety of walks and easy to get to the cost for a day. This place ticks the box for a quiet holiday in a great location.

Lovely to see you both again - ten years is quite something! We always enjoy having you back, and it's true, you can be up on the moors for a walk in the morning and at the coast by lunchtime. Glad it's still ticking all the boxes for you. Hope to see you both again before too long.

Its always a pleasure to stay at Rawcliffe House farm

It’s such a lovely stay we never want to leave & we always look forward to returning. Duncan & Jan are always welcoming & keep the accommodation in tip top condition the surrounding gardens & area are always beautiful no matter what the weather is like

5 stars is not enough

picked at random from cottages in the area and we fell on our feet - 5 stars in all areas do not do this cottage justice - its a credit to the owners and all involved - will certainly be back if only to see the auto mower trundling round the site - so 5 stars and many more

Peaceful comfortable stay

Amazing quiet location. Lovely outlook from the patio. Walks from the front door. Great central base for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors. The cottage was super comfortable with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Spotlessly clean. Duncan, Jan, Andrew and Zoe were great hosts. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, with lots of suggestions for walks and places to visit.
