I was scheduled for a 8 hour surgery the day after I checked and had my family that needed a place to stay while I was in the hospital for the next 5 to 6 days. This place was awesome. It was like we were home. The host was nothing short of amazing. Very helpful for anything we needed. I would rate this place 10 out of 10. Very quiet neighborhood. Great house for concert

Lovely updated house

Great location and a very nicely renovated home in a quiet neighborhood that had great access to downtown Knoxville. Rental was large, clean, had many amenities and was well decorated and updated.

Beautiful and convenient!

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was convenient to Knoxville and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was decorated beautifully and very clean. I couldn't stop talking about how comfortable the beds were! This was the perfect place for a couples' trip.
