Located in the town of Cirendinu, just a few minutes by car (5 minutes) or on foot (just under half an hour) from the beautiful Cabanon Bleu beach. This new architect-designed villa features air conditioning in every room, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 adults and 3 children (for other options, see the villa description below), and offers access to two terraces: a large terrace on the first floor featuring a heated pool (8m x 4m) and another terrace upstairs with a breathtaking view of the mountains.<br><br>Villa description: <br><br>First floor:<br><br>The entryway opens onto a large, spacious, and inviting main room, with the living area on one side and a fully equipped open kitchen on the other (dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, etc.)<br>The villa faces due south and features a large sliding glass door; when open, the interior and exterior blend seamlessly, creating an open living space that flows onto the terrace and pool.<br><br>This villa will charm you with its modern indoor and outdoor furnishings.<br><br>On the first floor, you’ll also find a bedroom with a 180-bed, a built-in closet with hanging space, and a floor-to-ceiling window opening onto the terrace and pool.<br><br>A bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower.<br><br>A separate toilet.<br><br>Upstairs:<br><br>A beautiful bedroom with a 180-bed and a view of the mountains thanks to a large picture window opening onto a terrace furnished with a seating area (the terrace is also accessible via an exterior staircase from the first floor), and a built-in closet with hanging space.<br><br>A bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower.<br><br>A separate toilet.<br><br>In the middle is a children’s bedroom featuring a nice bunk bed with three 90 beds, and a built-in closet with hanging space. A travel crib can be provided.<br><br>On the other side, a bedroom with a 160-bed, a built-in closet with hanging space.<br><br>A bathroom with a sink, walk-in shower, and toilet.<br><br>Regarding the outdoor area:<br><br>The villa features a large stone terrace with a shaded area surrounding a heated pool, equipped with a pool cleaning robot, a weekly cleaning service provided by a professional company, and a cover to enclose the pool. Within this shaded area, you’ll find a large dining table, a gas grill (WEBER), a seating area perfect for aperitifs or evening conversations, lounge chairs, and a pétanque court—all set on a tastefully landscaped, tree-lined property.<br><br>The villa is fully enclosed.<br><br>The village of Cirendinu is 15 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and 25 km from the airport in Figari. <br><br>You’ll be just a few kilometers from some of Corsica’s most beautiful beaches: Palombagia, Cala Rossa, Rondinara, Santa Giulia… But you’ll also be just a few kilometers from beautiful mountain hikes (the natural pools of Cavu…) and be sure to stop by the seaside village of Pinarello.<br><br>I’m available to answer your questions and ensure we best meet the specific needs of each family.<br><br>No pets are allowed; we ask smokers to respect the property, and we ask that you adhere to the villa’s maximum occupancy.<br><br><br><br>
