ヴィラフクシアは3つの家のグループの一部ですが、それらが建てられた器用さのおかげで近隣の家はありません。
一戸建ての、愛情を込めて内装された、上層階にある3つの寝室（それぞれ換気ブレード付き）、屋上テラス付きの1つのマスターベッドルーム、素晴らしい海の景色、2つのバスルーム。 1階には、バスタブと洗濯機付きの3つ目のバスルーム、隣に2つのソファ付きの広いリビングルーム、大きなテーブル付きのダイニングエリア、冷蔵庫付きの設備の整ったキッチン、オーブン、電子レンジ、食器洗い機、スマートテレビがあります。
リビングルームの前には、テーブル、アームチェア、サンラウンジャーが設置された屋外テラスがあり、とても美しい広い庭園の前にいます。
背面には、石積みのバーベキューエリアがある庭園の別の部分。
家の前のビーチで（250メートル）Porto Agumuボートとウィンドサーフィンを借りることが可能です。
同じ名前の隣接する有名な遺跡があるノラの美しいビーチへは車で5分。
27ホールあるIs Molasゴルフコースは3km先です。あらゆる種類のレストランやショップは、車でわずか数分のところにあるプーラにありますが、徒歩で簡単にアクセスできます。
家族や子供、友達同士のグループに最適な家。
必要に応じて、一人当たり15ユーロの料金でシーツとタオルを交換してください。
2019年1月から衛生的な給湯用の太陽熱パネルも設置しました... Villa Fuchsiaは環境を清潔に保つのに役立ちます。

Urlaub in der Umgebung von Pula

Auto zwingend erforderlich keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit bzw. Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen Internetstandart 3g, wlan schwach wenn alle in der Anlage online sind für Kids vermutlich eine Katastrophe Hausstrand 250 Meter zu Fuß war ok Pula im Gesamtergebnis eher enttäuschend! Strand von Chia 14 km mit dem Auto sensationell!! Haus entspricht der Beschreibung sehr sauber es war alles vorhanden. Rossella kümmert sich super und hat viele Tips.

Sehr schönes Haus, alles ist wie in der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Super und reichhaltig ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts, jetzt gibt es auch einen Wasserkocher :-) Waren zeitweise mit 7 Erwachsen da, was überhaupt kein Problem war. Sehr ruhig und sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge (Strände von Pula und Chia sind megaschön und sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar) Sant‘ Antioco ist auch einen Ausflug wert, hat einen ganz eigenen Charme. Kommen bestimmt wieder. Grazie mille Rosella!

Der Gesamteindruck ist wirklich sehr gut!

Das Haus ist für Familien auch mit Baby geeignet. Dafür ist alles vorhanden. Babybett, Wanne/ Babywanne, Küchenwaage, Mixer für die, die Brei selber kochen. Einen Garten zum toben. Eine tolle Terrasse. Sie ist überdacht, so kann man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen. Ein Carport ist vorhanden, wobei das auch gleichzeitig der Grillplatz ist und man dort toll grillen. Die Ruhe kann man dort in vollen Zügen genießen. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Meer. Den Sonnenaufgang kann man von dort auch sehr schön beobachten! Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt!!

Maison trés agréable, trés bien équipée, beau jardin, plage sympa accessible à pied

La maison est spacieuse, avec cuisine ouverte, dans un lotissement calme, proche de la mer et d'un club de voile très sympa, où prendre un verre ou un sandwich maison. A l'étage, 2 grandes chambres, dont une avec salle de douche intégrée et 1 jolie chambre avec 2 lits, 1 salle de douche partagée, et une grande salle de bain au RDC chaussée très pratique. Un grand jardin, encerclé de lauriers en fleurs, avec terrasse où manger et se légumer sur les transats. La maison est équipée d'anti-moustique et les chambres de moustiquaires aux fenêtres- indispensables. L’accueil est chaleureux, un book exhaustif est à notre disposition - il vous est adressé avant votre arrivée par mail, et reste à votre disposition si pb. Nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. La plage de Nora et le site historique sont à 5 mn en voiture, et tout le sud de Sardaigne offre de magnifiques paysages avec peu de touriste français... Pulla offre des animations tous les soirs - le centre ville devient piéton- des boutiques, des restaurants, des cafés, des pizzas délicieuses à manger sur place à ou emporter et les incontournables supermarchés. Bref, nous recommandons cette location.

Wir haben es sehr genossen, das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab zwei, drei Mal Probleme mit dem Strom und dem Wasser, Fr. Rosella hat sich aber sofort drum gekümmert und war jederzeit erreichbar. Das einzige, was wir ein wenig bemängeln können ist die Wendeltreppe und das System der Mülltrennung. Bei der Wendeltreppe wäre ein Schutzgitter empfehlenswert, damit Kleinkinder gar nicht in Versuchung kommen. Zur Mülltrennung ist zu sagen, dass verschiedene Mülltonnen sehr von Vorteil wären. Mit den Müllsäcken wars etwas mühsam. Zusammengefasst müssen wir aber sagen, dass wir das Haus nochmal wählen würden.

Schönes, ruhiges Reihenhaus

Das Haus befindet sich in einer abgelegenen, etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Anlage. Das Haus ist aber gepflegt, geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen Deckenventilator. Der Strand, welcher fußläufig erreichbar ist, ist ok, aber nicht vergleichbar mit den Stränden in der Umgebung. Für weitere Aktivitäten wird immer ein Auto benötigt. Pula als Städtchen ist nett und man kann dort abends auch mal schön essen gehen. Als wir dort waren gab es abends recht viele Mücken, daher war es bei uns schwierig lange draußen zu sitzen. Aber dafür kann die Vermieterin natürlich nichts. Mit ihr war der Kontakt sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Excellent villa, lovely outside space and everything easily accessible. Upstairs balcony is a great place for early morning tea. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area.

Séjour agréable sur un site au calme

Belle propriété dans un lieu très calme, dans un lotissement fermé, sécurisé, entouré de verdure et au-delà de marais et lagunes, près d’une longue plage de sable. Intérieur spacieux et bien équipé, extérieur avec terrasse ombragée d’un côté et patio muni d’un barbecue de l’autre. Léger bémol le compteur électrique disjoncte fréquemment par manque de puissance. Aux alentours la petite ville de Pula a des commerces en nombre suffisant et à proximité des sites archéologiques et des musées sont à visiter. Nous y avons passé à cinq un agréable séjour après un accueil chaleureux.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten

Das Haus war sehr sauber und schön, es hat genügende Badezimmer. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut ausgerüstet. Der Strand war schön, weil es fast keine Leute hatte. Da störte auch der Abfall ( Algen und Pflanzen ) aus dem Meer nicht. Pula ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen, mit guten Pizzerias und Gelaterias. Es ist zu empfehlen.

Casa bellissima e molto confortevole in un posto tranquillissimo, perfetto per chi cerca la calma e il silenzio. Accoglienza calorosa grazie a Rossana e Donatella. La spiaggia più vicina non è tra le più belle ma permette di andare a piedi fare il bagno e tutte le spiagge stupende della costa sono facilmente raggiungibili con la macchina. Bisogna segnalare che è indispensabile avere un mezzo di trasporto per fare la spesa o anche prendere un cafe o un gelato al bar.

Nice and relaxing place

The house is as on the pictures (you get the middle part of a three family house). It is is located in a closed settlement, which you can access only with a key. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. Especially in the early morning. The house does not have air conditioning, but it turned out that the fans mounted at the ceiling were sufficient (we were there in August - the hottest month). Internet is also available, which made our kids happy. The bandwidth is limited (mobile povider, if I recall correctly 10GB) but additional bandwidth can be bought for reasonable price. The place is quiet, no traffic noise or whatsoever, so you can sleep well and relax during the day. Around 30 meters from the house there is a tennis court, which we discovered very late during our stay. It is not very well maintained, but we managed to build the net up (it was lying on the ground) and had fun there too. At the beach, which is a walking distance, it is possible to rent sailboats - and even buy some drinks, but you have to ask, because at first glance it does not look like it. If we were lazy we went there, but the beaches few kilometers away are prettier, so most of the times we drove those few minutes to the nearby beach direction south. If you walk towards Pula, around 1 km distance from the house, there is a farm with a donkey. It comes to the fence if you call it (make some noise, I guess the donkey knows that any human noise means food :) ) My kids loved it and we had to stop there each time and feed the donkey (carrots, apples). Pula is a really nice town, the food is great, the streets covered with umbrellas make up for great memories. If you ask me for weaknesses, I'd say the small showers (the bathrooms are big enough, no idea why are the showers so small , only about 70cmx70cm). If I were the owner of the house, I would also make the entrance gate to the parcel larger. There is enough space, but due to the small gate, it is difficult to park two cars (bigger ones) in a such a way that they can park/drive independently. The house is maybe 30 years old or so, so I guess back then there were different architecture guidelines (and smaller cars). This is of course "complaining on a high level" as the germans say. Alltogether, we have had a great time.

Very nice place to stay!

My family and me had a very nice time about ten nights at the house: The kitchen was very well equiped, the rooms were nice, clean and the beds were comfortable! From the masterbedroom you have access to the big balcony with a very nice view to the see and over the huge garden. In front of the house is a nice place for BBQ which you can enjoy then on the terrace of the huge backyard. The only reason I cannot give five stars is, that you always have to take the car for trips. Pula is about 3 km away, which is not much by car, but too far for walking all the time. It's about the same distance to Nora beach. The beach next to the house is not the typical beach for a chilled day at the see. With a bike it would have been no issue as well. If you don't care about the distance and looking for nice, clean peaceful place to stay with a sympathic and helpful owner/housekeeper it is definately recommendable! Thanks for everything and the nice time we had the house! :)

Beautiful place

The house is spaceous, well equiped - you will find everything you need if you want to cook a meal, there are 3 bathrooms with toilet so it is nice if 2 families rent the house so there is enough privacy, the beds are OK, there are fans in every bedroom (and the kitchen) that really make the rooms cooler. It is perfect for six people, but there are 2 more beds in the living room that are just as good if needed. The terase has a nice shade and enough space to seat 10 people, even at noon is cool enough for lunch. Watch out you dont dry your towels on the grass at night as the grass is beeing watered every night ;-) The property itself is about 500m away from the first "local" sandy beach that is never crowded so if you like your peace it is perfect even though it is not as nice as the 2km away Nora beach. There are more nice beaches to the west - Chia to name one, or the many more quiet beaches at Costa del Sud... Next to the Nora beach is the Nora archeological site that is worth seeing, another thing that is not to miss is the old town center of Pula, really nice, allways something going one, lots of restaurants, bars, gelaterias,... The capitol of Sardinia Cagliari is about 45min drive away and also worth a visit, on the drive there you can see Flamingos (also near Chia)... The owner is nice, helpful, quick to answer, also the housekeeper ms.Donatella is very nice - but unfortunatelly only speaks Italian... :-)
