Centrally located in one of the best areas of Sea Pines Plantation, we are a short bike ride (or walk) to Harbour Town, Sea Pines Beach Club and South Beach Marina! Harbour Town and Sea Pines Beach Club are 2 minutes by car or 7 minutes by bike and can easily be walked on Sea Pines' fabulous walking trails. The Shoppes at Sea Pines Center - with restaurants, shops and the Sea Pines Fitness Center - is directly accessible and 5 minute walk by way of the walking path from the back of the neighborhood. Central to everything, this is the best location in Sea Pines!

Our home is just under 1,700 square feet and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 8 comfortably, and is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet community that offers tennis court, playground, basketball court, and community pool within a 5 minute walk of our front door. Remodeling was completed in March 2021 and we are a new property on VRBO.

The house has a great set up for a large family or families traveling together. The master bedroom has nice separation from the other bedrooms and features a king bed, ensuite, and 43” television. The second bedroom also features a king bed and 43” television and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the “bunk room”. The bunk room features two sets of twin XL bunks - a comfortable length for guests of all ages. Both sides of the house have independent AC/heat for maximum comfort.

Connected to the bunk room you’ll find our comfortable and welcoming Carolina Room with it's 50" flat screen TV, sofa, and 2 occasional chairs. Great for movie night, game night, or a quiet place to relax. *Please note that it is a regular and not a sleeper sofa in this room, we are working with VRBO to correct the listing*

The bright and airy kitchen is open to the main living and dining area to allow for easy conversation and entertaining. A large island with beautiful quartz countertop and seating for four is the perfect place for a simple breakfast or to enjoy afternoon conversation in the heart of the home. Stainless steel appliances, a full-sized side-by-side refrigerator, and large pantry cabinets along with plenty of glasses, dishes, pots and pans - everything you need to prepare meals and dine at home. Additional amenities include a Primo water dispenser and stocked coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker.

Directly adjacent to the kitchen and connected to the family room is a dining area featuring a large table that comfortably seats 8 - great for meals at home, a game of cards, board game or puzzle. The family room is large and comfortable with a soaring vaulted ceiling, inviting windows with views onto the patio, and comfortable furniture that includes an overstuffed sofa and chair, two occasional chairs, poufs and a 65" flat screen television.

Our patio features a lovely dining table with chairs, a long bench for additional seating, and a large Weber gas grille. Big beautiful trees provide relief from the hot summer sun and it’s a quiet place to relax as you enjoy your morning coffee or at the end of a long day at the beach or on the golf course.

Other Amenities include: High speed (400 Mbps) internet, AI Assistant in kitchen, Xbox 360 for rainy afternoons, and all TVs are Smart TVs with access to our cable provider including sports package (ACC, BIG 10 and SEC Networks), and streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Separate laundry room features a brand new full sized washer and dryer. Pack 'n Play, highchair, and booster seat available upon request.
